Restore the old spam settings. Now we only have one setting.

First you took away stationery and vast choice of fonts, emojis, etc. Then you changed how mail is set up (from new, old, sent, spam, deleted mail to current style) and the Spam settings from numerous choices to only one (blocked). it seems the longer we continue to PAY for AOL Gold, the less we are getting for our money. I see by the Feedback that I'm far from alone in feeling AOL Gold does not seem "golden" to your PAYING customers.

    there ar about 6 spammers sending spam numbering almost 200 email a day.
    You must either fix it at AOL or give us the means of blocking 'any characters'
    OR your systems will bog down as spammers gather more IDs from AOL

    I noted 50+ spams from NOREPLY@PG#SKINESSENTIALIST.COM
    and ~60 spams from NOREPLY@SP#CREATIVECRAZE,NET
    where the # had different values

    How can I BLOCK those fake site? or can you allow * to be any chars?

    You provide nice ability to direct designated Emails to Spam. Why not provide an option to automatically delete it. I get as many as 60 a day from a known Addresses, but now I have to scan Spam just in case something I want to see is imbedded among the known to be Spam. Just let me delete known Spam immediately.

    Quit loading up all of my SPAM Mail with fake websites on all 3 of my usernames so you can get more money out of me. I'm a disabled Vet and cannot afford to pay you greedy crooks anymore than I already am.
    How dare you do this to a vet that suffered for your personal rights and freedoms !!!!

    There has to be a way to block email with certain words in them. I receive hundreds of email everyday with "renter" in the subject. This probably comes from VRBO. I do not want any of them!!!!!! Please block them. Also, "discount" is another I would like to block.

    Do something about spam. I cleared my spam folder (108 overnight) five minutes later another 25.

    It shows loading sometimes, but mostly not. It just took me from an old site "IL Tax Forms" and kicked me out of AOL Gold Beta in the middle of my completing the tax form/

    we need an option to stop ALL spam e-mail BEFORE it gets to our addresses! i get hundreds every day EVERY DAY on 2 of my accounts on another i get NONE!\ A O L spam filters are like old model t fords USELESS

    MY IDEA IS FOR AOL IS TO HIRE SOME ONE SMARTER THAN WHAT YOU HAVE NO BECAUSE IT DIN;T WORK SPAMMERS HAVE OUT SMARTED ANY ONE YOU HIRE THEY KEEP SENDING YOU SAME SPAM DAY IN AND DAY OUT, WHAT DO WE PAY MEMBERSHIP FORE, TO BE MADE FOOLS OF?????????????????????     it's too bad aol can't come up with a program that will work on blocked senders, you need to hire someone who can fix it, what are we paying you for anyway. you are disappointing a lot of people. what are you going to do when people start going some whereelse? I've been a loyal member for a very long time

    why why WHY cant aol stop the overload of spam mail??? especially all that junk from Desktop/Renter and the like....today i received 45 upon opening my computer and no doubt will receive that many or more before day is done.
    do you not have ANY spam controls that work???

    I am receiving about 100 spam messages a day which AOL is catching for me.
    Many of these come from "admin@" followed by many different suffixes.
    I need an easy way to prevent e-mails from "admin@" other than clicking on each individual hundreds of addresses.

    I agree, Renter and Admin and Newsletter all have 100's of sub names after. Every day I get 100 spam mesages from these 3 senders. Can you permanent blocks on these spammers. We often get messages that end up in spam that are not. There is no easy wayto go through the files to find them when you have 100's of spam files from several major spamers
