I have not gotten my email since early yesterday. I have sent three bug reports and HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ANSWER! What is going on? You are always very prompt in collecting your monthly fee. Why can't I get my email??????

I cannot open emails that my inbox says are there waiting for me to open. At 1:11:43 PM on Friday 11/02/18 pm ":I chatted with your rep Alice &
she said to refresh mailbox which i did but this did not fix the problem. I cannot re-establish contact with Alice. Please help.

As of 335 PM, nothing has changed and I stll cannot open my waiting emails. Please fix Desktop Gold ASAP as I need to use my PC this weekend. -

Who's dim witted idea was it to ask if I am sure I want to delete a message? If I didn't want to delete it, I wouldn't have hit delete. Is just a pain ********** to do an extra step. While I am at it, I pay$4.99 for AOL service. For what? This AOL sucks big time. Takes forever to send an email, then part of the time it won't go through. Instead of calling it AOL, should be called WORTHLESS SERVER.

You are starting to have trouble loading mail and it's hitting me at very crucial times. It is virtually impossible to get tech help either by phone or by on-line chat or even by email. The problem is mainly with Aol gold because when I am on another computer and I get on by aol.com I don;t have any problem. what in the world and I paying 3.99 per month for?? G-mail is free!

neither can I. "having trouble loading mail. please come back in 5 minutes" REALLY!!!! AOL has no problem loading ads but not mail?? A joke. I have gmail and yahoo also. NEVER have a problem getting my mail. AOL is a bloated email client with extraneous **** clogging up the system.
Never click on any their ads. They are just a ruse to get you to click through the pages and hopefully click on an add. -

Why am I paying so much a month and have trouble getting my mail. It says to check back in five minutes abd I wait ten minutes and the same thing happens. I am about ready to quite and just use explorer.
