How do I add new fonts to AOL Gold? Used to be able to use Edwardian script to make fancy messages but the choices with GOLD are limited??
Need more font choices such as Edwardian script or such to make nice cards or messages. Old version allowed more fonts and/or ability to add fonts? Can we add new fonts?

I've begged for more Fonts ever since AOL Gold came out. Doesn't seem to do any good. Before AOL "improved" Desktop from the 9.8 version to AOL Gold Desktop, we had a vast variety of fonts to choose from. Back then, AOL Desktop was FREE. Now we PAY and GET LESS for our money.

Still waiting for the "promised" more fonts to appear. You used to have a large variety to choose from back in the good old days of AOL 9.8.

I want the ability to choose and install the fonts I need for my work. Being 100% restricted is totally inconvenient. Let us have the choice to choose.

I wish we could go back to 9.8. This is really poor customer service. AOL Gold is really a turkey, and we get to pay for this privilege.

Why in the world will AOL not simply allow its users to add fonts? There should be a specific button for this. It is a simple process......GEEZ AOL, really?

Why did you change my saved Fonts. I can't go into Mail Settings and change them back The submit button doesn't work.

How long is it going to take to give us the ability to add additional fonts? We are paying for the service and this seems like a small request. Every other email service allows it and you did also until we had to pay. Have been using AOL since the beginning but am not happy anymore.

If I copy and paste a document from my MSWord to an AOL write email in a font not provided by AOL the email recognises the font by its name. This being the case can a save facility be given to those emails so the font can be installed on my AOL so I can use it in the future?

WHEN are new fonts going to be added? I too want to be able to use the Edwardian as well as other scripts formerly available. AOL 9.4 had a whole slew of really neat ones.

Please define future- It is now late October 2019 and AOL has only 8 fonts to choose. AOL can do better than this. Please get on this as clearly people want new font availablity

AOL has been promising this, and other options, since we were FORCED to download and use Gold. Why we, who are paying for this service, add a font or use a font other than the poor selection. Above, it states that they will be "adding more fonts in the future." Please define "future" and narrow it down to a time period. GOLD is two years old and is still a total mess.

1.When I write a document on Microsoft 10, copy it on to AOL Gold "write", the spacing and margins are not copied the way it was created. I take the time to correct it. Then when I send the document, people do not receive it the way I wrote it on Microsoft 10 or even how I corrected it on "write". Why does AOL change the spacing, margins, and the way the original document was written?
2.There needs to be more of a selection of fonts on the write page.....Wingdings certainly does not need to be there!!! -

I have been with AOL since '02 back when there was dozens of different fonts to choose from. I'm aware that times change and sometimes there's a need to change and streamline, I get that, but I would appreciate if we were able to access a few more fonts...even if we were limited to being able to customize 3 - 5 different fonts of our choosing. "Imprinted Shadow" is one of my favorites and preferred font to use. AOL Gold wants to charge money, yet is taking away the very functions that made me choose AOL over MSN, Earthlink and the others from back in the day...

I'd like the opening AOL to tell pertinent news. Actors & their problems are not news. Neither the problems with sports figure personal lives. Post great accomplishments by students of all grades. Let us help America heal.
You could use tabs for various topics so we can choose.

My goodness, AOL Product Support, took you long enough to respond. But response doesn't mean action. The email program under Gold is weak tea compared to the AOL blue versions. Yet, what we pay for AOL service was not adjusted to reflect the inferior product that we were force fed.

GO TO SETTINGS- COPY & PASTE YOUR FAV FONT TO E/MAIL- THEN C & P TO THE LETTER U WISH TO WRITE ( JUST KEEP THAT E/MAIL......YES ,IT`S A PAIN BUT CONSIDER THAT THE WHOLE ''GOLD'' IS A PAIN. I T A !!
