I got a pop-up upon signing onto AOL Gold. It said something about my account needing to be updated. When I go to Help and click on My Account, nothing opens. How do I check my account and billing information?

I am receiving notice that you are unable to bill me. So I should call a phone number to straighten it up.
I reviewed my credit card and you continue to charge my credit card monthly.
So what is the basis for the notice?

Just received a pop up on my AOL GOLD telling me that AOL could not bill my payment method and was going to terminate my service. My bank statement indicated I was correctly billed 14 days ago. In the blank account area it has NA for payment method and verison of aol. I ran a MS software scan and found nothing, but my screen was locked up. It gave me a no thanks option and a phone # 1-855-263-0197 which I did not call. Had to a complete shutdown and when it came back the AOL GOLD loaded correctly. Now my wife's PC just received the same message.
I also want to check my billing information as I got a pop up saying my account needed to be updated but it wont let me into my account?
