I called AOL concerning a problem receiving emails. I spoke with Precious. To verify my account and since I have only a landline that does not do text, we had to find another way to verify my account. She found a way and we proceeded. I was concerned about possible hacking of my account and Credit Card. Precious handled everything and cleared problems. She added Malware to my account. She also provided me with some helpful tips. Why is it when I sign in to acess my Aol account my Aol icon had been moved. I feel like someone is opening my Aol account. Can you explain
My AOL account is being accessed during the day and my icon has been moved when i log in. Why is this happening and who accessing my account?

When I pullup my gmcard, capital one account I can sign on and it opens up but after that I cannot get into the detail of my account.

When I click on GROUP and TRY to send a groupof 17 names at one time, i STILL have to highlight and paste EACH name in the GROUP.

Mark emails as being read within your file structure after you actually open them up and read them!
When I see an email in my Inbox, and move it to an email folder of some kind, then click on and open up the email to read it, and then back out - the email still stays bold, without the red "checkmark" on it, and there is NO indication that it has been read. The system always worked the way I just described, but changed today (7/15/20) and no longer works the way it has for years. Go back to AOL 9 when it used to work good
I am having a problem with pictures sent to me. I no longer can see them in my emails. I now have to download everyone without seeing them. Where I used to only have one download window to close for 5 pictures I now have to close five. Get this fixed I'm paying for my AOL and this needs to be fixed!!!!!! Or I will be leaving Aol you have ruined it in so many ways I have been a user since 1998 and Aol Gold STINKS!!!!!!!!

"Mange folders" is not working
Manage Folders is not working. I have attempted to delete some older ones and tried adding new ones to no avail. Other options such as "move folder" do not work either.

So many broken things, Gold is going backwards on fixes
Mail still not being forwarded to AOL from other emails.
Gold opens very slow and takes many tries before it opens.
