    What happened to all the mail folders I created in my Saved on AOL folder? I had important emails for my business saved and categorized and they are all gone!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. I have an issue and AOL must be involved some way

    So, I got an email from my bank telling me that my online banking has been suspended. I guess someone tried hacking my account? Not sure what happened, but I do know that the only browser I use for my bank is AOL. I am not required to enter an email address just a user name and password. Either there's spyware on my pc that no scan is picking up or AOL is vulnerable. In November I had the same issue with Paypal (and no not shares password). I've had my bank account for 16 years and no issues, please…

  3. AOL gold is junk we need a newer version, this version will not start up until 15-20 tries.

    AOL gold isn't working properly and never has I have to click on the icon 15-20 times before it will respond. I have had sever people from tec. support trying to resolve the problem, but as of today it still will not load up until I keep clicking on the icon. This is so frustrating fo a member to pay for service and feel like we are being ignored when so many people have complained to AOL. I may have to leave AOL and I have been with you for around 15 years.

  5. Great. Now your mail program is hiding images

    Your gold plated **** of a program has started blocking images in mail that I have been getting for dozens of years without a problem.

    WHY??????????????????????????

    Oh yeah, because you like to **** us off.... nothing like irking the people upon whom you rely for payment.

  7. emails won't open but the ads sure do

    HOW AMAZING THAT I CAN CLICK ON AN EMAIL AND THE CONTENTS DOESN'T SHOW BUT BY GOD THE ADS ARE RIGHT THERE, FLASHING AND TAKING UP ALL THE MEMORY ON MY COMPUTER. I CAN'T SEE WHAT I'M HERE TO SEE, BUT BY GOD I CAN SEE ADS THAT HAVE NO MEANING TO ME. AOL SUCKS THE BIGGEST ****** EVER. ALL THE JOY IS GONE FROM USING AOL, THIS IS NO LONGER FUN, ITS TEDIOUS AND IT ****** ME THE **** OFF.

  8. Return to 9.8.2 or create a NEW AOL

    AOL GOLD HAS NEVER worked out well - is in "Not Responding" mode always, wasting precious time for users plus many other negative modes that are of no service to users - AOL needs to get rid of AOL Gold & create a new system OR return to any of the old systems, which always worked out fine... thank you

  11. When I try reading AOL news, I only get close to the end of the article when I click next I get a blank page And then I have lost the welcom

    Can't complete news items I click NEXT and get a blank page and then loose my welcome page. I have to click welcome in the top left corner and then start over, but still can not see the end of the article. This is enough to make me consider another option to AOL

    Why is it I keep getting a message from AOL that tells me my AOL is not up to date but in the past when I checked, I am told my AOL is up to date. Now, I keep getting the same message but when I check for an update, NOTHING. AOL may not have been the best but it is terrible now. It's like comparing Frontier cable to a pile of ****. It's the same thing.

  13. I don't like this new Desktop version. It is NOT AOL!

    I wake up this morning and my Desktop is now nothing like I'm use to. I do not like it. How can I use the OLD one where I can click on a story or just pass it by. Why has it changed? I don't know how to use this. Is this what other browsers look like? It's one of the reasons why I still use AOL. Would I have to find an earlier version?

    All of a sudden I have old addresses in my address book. These were deleted years ago. AOL strikes again!
    Now must go through and delete again over 40 addresses.

  19. STOP SCREWING around with email.

    Yesterday I tried to send an email, and al that happened is AOL closed. When it reopened the email was still there. TODAY, I tried to send an email (thinking that you fixed it), it just sat there and made AOL FREEZE.
    WTF people, can't you do anything right??? Fix the email situation permanently and stop screwing around with it.
    I believe that, whoever is screwing up the email system "SHOULD BE FIRED"!

  20. AOL Auto downloads cost me $200 for computer techs & dead internet. Everyone must read this....

    12/27/18: After your last download, and as with prior downloads, for a while I had 3 orange AOL logos in my bottom task bar to launch on with. What I didn't know is that each one was for a different AOL Gold program which were causing conflicts. 3 weeks ago my internet kept going dead after several hours and the only way to get back online was to restart the computer. This happened over and over right after your last download every few hours. Had 2 computer techs here costing almost $200 who confirmed nothing was wrong with my computer.…
