    I have been using AOL to keep connected I am disabled and cannot get out.....over the past few months there have been continual times when I cannot log in, or when I log in and hit my Mail box it says many funny things that just tic me off, say try again later... this now has been going on for 2 days. Looked up and read that OATH is owned by VERIZON and that they may be doing away with our emails... which forces me to get a more secure mail service. If anyone has a solution at your site,…

  2. Sending email with small attachments takes far too long

    Fix AOL Gold email. Sending email with small attachments with as few as two photos takes far too long. Sometimes a message appears that an error occurred and to try re sending in 5 minutes. Same issue if you try to place the email in "send later". I am a paying customer and this is the type of product we are paying for?

  3. Tool Bar Settings Not Functioning

    I don't know what you people did the last two days, AOL software is worse, it freeze three times, my settings are not the way I had it. Mail box take time to open, I don't have any emails, where is it? AOL is been kicking me out.

  4. Why did you change AOL so I can't send an email to MYSELF? This is awful!

    This is so user UNFRIENDLY!! Repair it so that we CAN send an email to ourselves on AOL!! It's impossible when using my phone!

  5. Not getting mail from a newsletter I belong to

    I have been getting mail from a newsletter I have subscribed to for years and now for some reason i'm not getting it. It is two different post they send to me one daily and one on Fridays. I want to know WHY!!!!!!

  8. AOL has attached my AOL account to my Yahoo Account but when I try to respond to a financial thing from my Yahoo Portfolio I get my AOL emai

    AOL has attached my AOL account to my Yahoo Account but when I try to respond to a financial thing from my Yahoo Portfolio I get my AOL email as the sending form with.. This I don't want because I use separate account so when the spam gets too great on my retail account name I just don't use (or close that particular) that particular account. I don't want to mess up this AOL account as this is my friends and neighbor account. I think the answer to this is to make an icon on my desk top to access…

  12. Unable to Open a .png file attachment

    I was sent 2 emails with attachment of .png. file and I was not able to open or read the attachments or files even with Icy remote sharing my computer.

    Unfortunately, this does not sound like something we can help with through this forum, however, we do have several different options for you to contact a Technical Support agent who would be glad to assist you. Please reach out to them through one of these methods:

  14. My Data Export/Import

    Found My Data in settings by accident. Was very happy to see an Export/Import for mail, etc. Had old emails in Gold on one computer so did the Export to transfer to a new desktop. The Import is now taking over three hours!!!! And it's still not done!!!!! I'm going to let it run just to see if it really will import all my 9.8.2 emails. Really shouldn't take this long. The Export also took a very long time. This needs some work.

  15. Email problems with AOL gold!

    I open the email tab but no email appears any more. Also when in email we must click each message to delete. Takes long time, unlike old AOL that allowed you to highlight many emails at once and delete. AOL gold not worth paying for, bring back the old. This is like many other software upgrades from many sources. Upgrades are usually worse!

    I just finished looking through a skillion "NEXT" that I wasn't interested in, in order to find out why Teddy Roosevelt didn't want "In God we trust" on our money. I finally got up to where the next window would tell me, and the Welcome screen and the window went white. This has been happening often, and I'm positively furious with you.
