Sorry to hear that you are having a bit of trouble with the App. To resolve this, please try the troubleshooting solutions below:

1. Clear the app’s cache
2. If you’re signed in, tap the Settings icon, tap Manage Accounts, then tap Edit, tap Remove
3. Restart your mobile device
4. Lastly, switch the internet connection from WiFi to mobile data

    not all of my notifications are showing up at all. emails from connected app notifications, aren't showing up. seems emails very slowly and glitchy.

    Emails gehen nicht auf, da Werbung immer neu lädt. Erst beim dritten Mal funktioniert es!

    Sometimes when opening an email I get only the header, even if I wait. I have to back out and try again, sometimes more than once, before getting the body of the message.

    it often will not load all the emails and will say "no email" when I could see there was. I have to exit the app and then re enter to see the email.

    when I enclose a picture or document it takes up to 30 min before the reciever get it. What is wrong! it was much quicker before you redesigned the site a couple of months ago. rgds Jan

    if you check your email, the aol app just sits there and Android is telling me your app is taking too long to respond asking what I want to do. None of my other mail apps do this.

    I'm typing an email and all of a sudden the curser has jumped somewhere else. I have to find it bringing it back to where I was typing. I've been putting up with this for years.
