  1. I am very dissapointed in your service. I have been with AOL for many years and now that your shortcut isn't working I am told i need to pay

    I am suddenly unable to use of tne of the aol features- I am getting an error message. something is broken on aol and I would like it fixed. I have been a long standing customer for many years and now when I need help you want me to pay for fixing your short cut.
    that is wrong!

    BE HELPFUL >>>Oh my account has suspicious activity so it was shut down so I cannot access. Called the unhelpful # and was told we will get back to you in 3-5 days!! Really? Can you transfer me to supervisor - "NO" - we are not allowed to transfer,what suspicious activity? "I can't say, it has been bumped up and someone will call you in 3-5 days.

  8. Use humans when the robot fails. Sometimes AOL fails to create a new line with the [Enter] key, but the help robot couldn't recognize that,

    When the automated help system consistently fails to help, allow the customer to speak with a human.

  10. AOL DELETED ALL OF MY INBOX

    Aol is already struggling to maintain Users and they literally deleted my entire mailbox because I had not logged in in a while. This includes correspondence that goes back 20 years!! From people that are no longer living! What an EPIC FAIL!!! Tech has no way to restore them which is also an EPIC FAIL as every computer on the planet has a back up system. SO irate I can't even speak. It is totally unacceptable to delete Users messages!!! Shame on you AOL and will never recommend your platform.

  15. Why did you "UPGRADE" the system? It's less good and less simple to use. Who's bright idea was it to do this? They sould be fired.f

    The 'old' system worked fine. This so-called UPGRADE is no longer simple, inclusive or user friendly. All this for a NEW SCREEN? Ridiculous!

  18. Change this site back to what it was 6 months ago, PLEASE!

    Your new system makes cleaning up my emails a pain in the ***! The old system allowed me to click select all, delete and 20 emails were gone. Your new garbage forces me to do this one at a time. Whomever designed this current should be fired! PLEASE change it back!

  20. People utilized the older AOL because it met their needs. When someone sends photos and I want to forward 1 or 2 - there is no way to do it

    Return to the old format! Please! I refer to previous emails that are stored, and now they are not available. I know it's Tues or Wed, you don't have to tell us! The photo "preview" is horrendous. Can't delete and have to open each one to see. A photo of a foot? Really?
