  5. Verification

    Hello,
    my accounts with a verification via telephone number are not working. It is the correct number, but I'm not receiving any verification code.

    Is the problem maybe the country-code? Because everytime I want to log in it is a 0 instead of my country (+XY) and if that is the case it's been send to a random guy in another country.

  11. My aol account sends code to this account but this account never receives it

    Go into aol account shows sends email to this account but never received it. Now I cannot get my mail and have issue with account. Have had account for over 25 years I use to receive codes and now it’s not working

    I am not receiving any of the confirmation emails being sent to my @aol.com and my folder is completely empty. This is supposed to be an old account.

  14. I have been with AOL for years when i tried to contact AOL it does not recognise either of my emails

    I don't under why yahoo mail has taken over my email unable to get help from AOL.
    Box keeps flashing at the bottom of the screen when I login in boxes flashes quickly stating key chain error.
    Very poor service from aol

    If this keeps on happening I will have to eventually close account not happy

    You the one who makes account log difficult in to promote artificial intelligence. What a headache for a simple connection. No Russia, China, Korea, Iran or other enemies of the United States are concerned about what Americans are doing. Then, you raise prices to benefit your bank account or stock market where aol is listed.

  19. Organization Error

    Obviously, we can all agree that AOL has had made a huge mistake of not communicating to everyone about deleted emails due to their lack of organization. I mean the smallest little hack of having a filter to search your mail by sender, time, ect would be nice, but thats my own personal opinion. (Specifically since it is not available on mobile devices such as an iPhone). Anyways, It is shockingly disappointing to see a company bought by a larger company to be in shambles. Almost ignored by the advantages of their parental company’s wealth of AI and technology.

  20. Their is no way of changing your sign in options from phone

    You need to have a category to be able to change your security information after you sign in on your phone, as of now, not an option
