  1. I accidentally unsubscribed emails from Jackson Rancheria, but can't find an "Undo" option anywhere. Could we make it easier to find?

    Could we make an undo option for emails we unsubscribe from easier to find. I'm sure the option must be there, but I can't find it.

  2. Block an entire domain

    Allow users an easy way to block an entire domain to eliminate spam in situations where the spammer changes a single digit in the name of the email, but the domain remains the same. AOL used to allow global domain blocks using *@hateddomain.org as an example. Or allow users to enter just the domain name, in this case: @hateddomain.org. The goal is to stop all email sender addresses from that domain.

  5. fix app password

    your app password security sucks we pay you money to have this working, this is a joke that the app password cannot be generated, you have been havung this issue for over a year your support SUCKS you they cannot tell you how to get or app password or when it will work, need this for outlook and gmail to work, i will be cancelling and filling a BBB complaint also if you cannot fix this what is the point of paying for AOL.

  6. Automatically moving emails out of NEW MAIL to READ

    Why are my emails in New Mail folder moved to READ folder after I open them? This is new and never happened before now. Just WHY do you feel the need to ***** with my email and move things around?

    This is the most annoying email service ever.Delete one by one?really,you must have more time than I do.I have had this account for 15 years.Now I see why you set it up this way,so you can drive people crazy enough to pay to have their emails removed.Why do you ask for ideas but don"t listen?

  11. Contacts (Auto-Sync with Google Contacts)

    I like to get rid of my Google and permanently switch over to my AOL account, but can't effectively do it until you provide a way to sync my Google contacts, Calendar, as well as the email account I have. Can you please provide a and automatic syncing of all of these components of my Gmail account, at minimum? This would allow me to permanently migrate over to AOL as you provide all the features that my Gmail account offers.   18. My email is set to the incorrect time zone. I’m in the PST time zone!!!! Please correct!!!!!

    Make it simple to ensure my phone (AND AOL) recognizes my correct time zone (PST), this should be automatic, shouldn’t need to go looking how to correct something like this.
