  1. Edit reply settings

    Please let users edit the reply actions in AOL Mail app on IOS. The current order is:
    Delete, Archive, Move, Reply ALL.
    Are you serious? Where is the Reply button? You have to press MORE to actually find it which a few users already pointed out. I would prefer Reply to be THE ABSOLUTE NUMBER 1 CHOICE, not other options. Why is it in More? Obviously designer of this section doesn’t reply to emails. So if it’s so different for different people, why not to allow a simple customisation of this options?
    On Apple Mail for example Reply to email…

  3. Color combinations of ads.!

    I am elderly w/ all the issues, the use of colors in Ads are important ! As we age it is difficult to read a lot of the mail. Eg. Yellow and white, there are other combinations! I suggest. Alerting your advertisers if they want older generations to read they do some research and change their ads accordingly. There are a lot of us out here!
    Also be sensitive to hard to hear clients!

  7. Hello, we used to be permitted 5 others with other emails on group under main account holder.now there is 1 option to sign them in. It will

    Bring back other emails under main account holder.
    Way back before 9/11 I had 4 different emails and people in main account.ive lost them and contacts we shared.

  12. I want to stop paying for it since you guys took over. I should be able to get it free like gmail now

    I do not want to pay for AOL mail since it took over Netscape. I’ve been paying for many many years now. I don’t want to have to go to gmail.

  15. I can no longer lower an opened email

    This new version doesnt allow anything useful. I need to lower an opened email to use it while creating ...the email closes...i cant copy and paste...why would you ruin the email that worked perfectly???

  19. You can improve AOL Mail by going back to the old format. This new formats is friggin' rediculous I HATE it.

    The new email is a perfect example of a goofball trying to fix something that's not broken. Did the new planner used to work for Coke, or better yet ********* or Target? Please give me back the old format as you can jam this new POS.

    Don't put my read mail into my Old Mail Automatically. Just leave it, ill do it if I want to.
    Also I'm not interested on your News Feed before I can see my emails, especially Not Trumps Face ever
