  5. I tried to go back to the Classic AOL Mail and it will not let me stay there now. PLEASE return to old style.

  8. Improve customer support

    Customer support is non-existent. You have blocked all of my most commonly used contacts and they are not able to get hold of me by email.

  9. delete old mail

    i want one dialog box that lets me set a date and ALL mail prior to that date to moved to the Delete folder. This would be available in each of the active folders (New, Spam, Sent), AND STOP RESTORING old mail, I just had to delete 5000 mails I know I previously deleted permanently.

  13. Fix your site; it's corrupted and not functioning

    Fix it. Today, it wanted me to update my security, but would not accept what I entered. It even said that one of my other fully-functioning email addressesis not a valid address. Now,it won't open my AOL email at all. and, sometimes even says 'no internet,' but your site is the only one having thiese problems. I have fully-functioning internet everywhere but on AOL.

  14. Restore the ability to generate passwords for third party email apps such as Outlook

    AOL seem to have (deliberately?) disabled the passord generator for third party apps which means (being forced) to use AOL apps (along with unwanted adverts).

  20. CC and BCC eMail addresses are hidden
