  1. I hate my AOL after you have changed it, hate the calendar, it has taken me months to figure things out, it is always breaking down,

    When I try to put a letter into a folder, the names keep rolling and you can't put it in the correct subject....why is it rolling all of the sudden?

  3. your new aol still stinks. WHen I select from the inbox, any number of emails to delete, it always also deletes or otherwise looses the next

    are you ever going to fix this ****** aol "new" email, or do I dump aol and go to google mail??? hurry up its been screwed up since you dropped this tyrd on us...............

  5. email displayed in popup renders mail useless (MacBook)

    On opening a new email, I regularly get presented with the message in a borderless popup window. I cannot reply to the message. I have to go out of email and back in.

    This happens on my MacBook Pro running MacOs 11.7.10.

    Fortunately it doesn't happen on my iPad.

    Utterly useless!

  6. Difficulty Finding Attachment

    When a sender has an attachment to their message IT MUST be accessible within the senders message. I had an initial message with several replies going back and forth and on the latest reply, the sender had 2 attachments but I could not find them. I finally scrolled down to the bottom of the page and found them below my initial message. THIS IS EXTREMELY CONFUSING AND UNACCEPTABLE.

  7. Let us manipulate the text by color, word features, emoji, pics, italicize, highlight, et.

    I see lots of suggestions (demands?) because this is soooo disappointing, but I keep looking to see if you have improved anything. I don't see that you are improving! I want to manipulate the text, choose a color for the text, be able to highlight, italicize, add emoji, add pics, It's the moden age!!!!!!! This is sooooo antiquated. Do something !

  8. this new email is terrible. I have to re-read everything to find out what the last message was from whoever is getting back to me. Not good

    Whoever invented this new aol email just made a change for the sake of change. Not a good thing at all. When I get a response from someone, I have to re-read everything to find out what the last message that was sent when I am emailing with someone back and forth. It seems a lot of people are having issues, so why not take the advice and redo this. The old email was better, but if someone wants to change, then do it right. You are like the politicians who will not listen to the people.

  10. Do NOT remove the email stationary

    I noticed the email stationary is gone from the AOL app, it is also gone from Yahoo Mail as well. I am asking that you leave it alone on AOL Mail. It is a feature I use often and I am already very unhappy with the new webmail. If you take this away from me I will make the switch to Outlook.

  14. Dear AOL

    You must have unlimited server space since you make it difficult for users to delete their mail in batches. I sort by sender in my INBOX, i filter by Bed Bath and Beyond, check the all box, to find out its pulling my saved mail as well. WHY. I just want to delete what is in my inbox by sender only. I used to be able to delete by pages but now everything is in one page.1700 emails that i will have to click individually because the is no way to filter and delete in bulk WITHOUT pulling from other…

On emails that get multiple replies you have to scroll all the way down to find the attachments instead of being on the top showing the most recent sent like before the updated look. really annoying This is a copy of someone else's idea. It expresses my sentiments exactly!

  16. The New Update on AOL is not functional !

    I WANT MY OLD AOL BACK. We do not like the new update--it's inefficient, takes twice as long to do something simple, Now my feed is filled with ads that require a click to close. Bring back the former.

  17. Restore to Sent Box

    I accidentally deleted an item from the sent folder and then found I could only restore it to either a dedicated folder or put it in the inbox (where it doesn't belong). I created a special folder, but it would have been nice to just be able to send it back from where it came from (the sent folder). The AOL Support team on X (formerly known as Twitter) says that it's working as intended.

  18. I want to see the send-to email address NOT his cute alias

    Used to be when I received email in my inbox I could not see the sender's email address--only his cute alias.

    You have FIXED that--now I can see the sender's email address.

    BUT--when I compose email and I enter the recipient's email address then THAT email address disappears and is replaced by the cute alias associated with that email address.

    I want to SEE the email address that I am sending to.
    If I am sending to ten email addresses then I want to SEE those ten email addresses--NOT ten cute aliases.

    That way I am certain that I have…

  19. sort by "newest on top" displays only a small subset of all emails in inbox

    Only for my account, when emails are sorted by newest on top (the default), only a small subset of the emails are displayed.

    The subset of emails is not just the latest ones but are spread out across multiple years.

    If I reverse the sort to oldest on top, then all the emails show up.

    This issue could be similar to issue ranked #325: What happened to all of the mail in my inbox?

  20. STOP loading unread new mail. STOP IT!! I will load them for viewing when I want to view them.

    STOP loading unread new mail . I will select them when I am ready to read them. Sick of having to go back and mark it UINREAD!
    Horribly irritating.
