  4. spam filter

    Spam filter often deletes mails of companies (and even that specific person) i was already in contact with.
    Obvious spam doesn't get filtered properly.
    Just let me completely disable it, its useless and even harmfull.

  9. WHY did you delete my old emails? I put certain ones in Saved folder because they were special & I didn't want to lose them.

    My account has never been dormant, not once in all the years I've been a customer. Yet today I needed an old email I'd put in the Saved folder only to find it and several others with the same contact had disappeared! These were very special, very sentimental emails and now that contact is deceased and apparently so are my conversations with him. WHY would you do that to an active account? And why wasn't I warned if you had some time restrictions or something so I could have saved them to an exterior hard drive??

  11. Email improvement

    I am now getting ads (Wayfair,etc) right in the middle of my regular emails. They look like emails except they don't have the little box to the left to delete them or report them as spam. Why is AOL doing this and how can I NOT have these ads included in my inbox?? Please stop this practice.

    WELL ALL THE PHOTOS FROM THE PAST THAT ACCUMULATED, NO WAY TO DELETE THEM. THERE IS A DELETE OPTION @BUT THEY CONTINUE TO POP UP, CALLED N TALKED WITH JOHN IN SUPPORT, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT SAID THERE DOESN'T SEEM TO BE A WAY @ PRESENT TO DELETE THEM.   13. AOL removed emails i was saving without being told to do so. Perhaps for political content in violation of my First Amendment.

    AOL removed emails I was saving perhaps for political content in violation of my 1st Amendment Rights I have not been censored since winding up in FB jail. I will not have my account, that I've had for 40 years since I paid for it, violated in such a way. The emails were from Prometheus. Is AOL the next class action suit to be filed? How many others have had their accounts violated in such a manner? I will be posting this on X.

  14. WHERE is the Standard email setting????

    Where is the standard email settings? I do not like when deleting multiple emails that it may check 100 than check 180 or more. I LIKE the standard setting for that.

    Eliminate the hurdles imposed to sign on to AOL Mail in MS Edge.

  16. missing attachments in email messages

    Email attachments over a period of time disappear in email message, and in messages with multiple recipients, or just show file name but does not show the actual attachment.

  18. What has happened to the text accompanying the pictures on the Welcome screen. I don't want to have to click on a picture that has no meani

    The Welcome screen lacks text accompanying the pictures with related stories. I don't want to have to click on each picture to discover the content. It is a waste of time to have to do that. All articles don't interest me so I click through them and only read the ones that I want.
