Stop disconnecting the Calendar when I am still logged into AOL. Fix the Calendar Alert problem that has failed on May 1, 2018
Stop telling me the Calendar alert problem is a known problem since May 1, 2018 and it may get fixed sometime this year or perhaps this decade or perhaps this century or perhaps never.

Grammar
I've noticed here and in other places over the months that no one seems to have any recollection of the verb "take, took, taken." The only one they use is the verb "bring." Simply put, if the object is coming to where the speaker is/will be, the verb "bring" is used. If the object is going away from where the speaker is, "take" is used.

Import the v9.8.2 PFC organize folder into AOL Gold
Please provide an option to import the v9.8.2 Personal Filing Cabinet organize folder into AOL Gold. Many of us have old email pertaining to the v9.8.2 PFC organize folder that is on a flash drive. There are many of us who need to read our old v9.8.2 email.

The Stationery feature is now available in the AOL Desktop Gold.
To customize your email with a stationery, follow these four easy steps:
1. Sign in to AOL Desktop Gold.
2. Click ‘Write’ in the upper left.
3. At the top, click the Extras menu (below the subject line) and select Stationery.
4. Browse or search through the categories on the right and choose one you’d like.To remove your stationery background, click the Extras menu | select Remove Background.
In case you do not see the Stationery option, you will need to update the AOL Desktop Gold to the latest revision. To do that, click on the Help menu on the top, select ‘Check for Updates’, and after 10-15 minutes close and re-open the software.

paying for a service i am not receiving
I am paying $25 monthly for a service I am not receiving. I pay for AOL security, AOL gold, and Aol SMART FRIEND yet i cannot chat on games. This, i am told, is illegal to charge for services not provided.

Cannot sign into paypal says browser needs update. Reported 2 weeks ago. Still doesnt work. PLEASE FIX
I pay for aol gold. 2 weeks ago when signing into paypal I now get message saying browser needs update. I called aol 2 weeks ago & said problem will be fixed. WHEN?
This issue has been resolved in our latest update. To check if you received the latest update, open the AOL Desktop Gold, click on the ‘Help’ menu (top right), select ‘About AOL‘ from the drop-down menu, and verify if you have the Revision 11.0.2084.
In case you have a lower revision number, click on the ‘Help’ menu (top right), select ‘Check for updates’ from the drop-down menu, and after 10-15 minutes close and reopen the software in order for the update to be applied.

Major Outage 6 Nov 2018
No one could sign on to AOL for many hours on 6 Nov 2018. Various outside sites reported that it was in vast areas of the U.S. and later people from around the world were saying the same ting. This isn't the first such outage and we need to know what happened and if these major break downs will persist!

Upgrade mobile site
Upgrade your mobile browser security.
Whenever I'm using AOL on my mobile browser I get spam pop ups preventing me from reading my emails. Stuff like "You've won a walmart gift card" Its really annoying. -

It is hard to explain however below is my explanation of what is happening. I do not have the boxed check to save my email addresses.When I put in group emails the emails immediately transfer to the section where I have my single emails by name.
Consequently the emails address only from the group are mingled in with my emails by name.
If I delete the emails only that's…
Due to recent adjustments to the AOL Mail platform, any new email addresses you add to the Address Book Groups, will also appear as individual contacts.

AOL Portfolio Manager Not Working
Portfolio Manager is not working today. ALL stocks in portfolio show no gains or losses. Portfolio page looks like a very old page. I have checked on two different computers with different IP addresses, so it's not my cookies.

My Portfolio
My portfolio continuously has pricing problems, etc. It is limited in the securities it supports. Can it be replaced with a more reliable system? What about Yahoo Finance is it better or at least more reliable? Aren't your companies combined? AOL God is better than a year ago, hopefully it will improve to the previous versions that were free.

Videos have sound but no picture and just a black screen while playing in facebook
Video trouble... other browsers are able to play videos properly but here it shows a black screen while playing but the sound is ok.
In order to resolve the blank video issue, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the AOL Desktop Gold and sign in.
2. Open the Keyword box by pressing CTRL+K.
3. Type the following keyword and press GO: blank video fix
4. Restart the AOL Desktop Gold. -

My portfolio
As of today, 9-18-18, I am unable to access my stock portfolio on AOL again on my laptop and my iPad. This happened several months ago, and AOL techs fixed it. It’s happening again. I get the page where it states “sign in or sign up” and “view your portfolios,” but when you click on either one of those statements nothing happens. Is anyone else having that problem? I called tech support, and after being on the phone with them for more than 30 minutes, they were unable to fix this proble,.
