Please give us back the old mailbox, the new one is horrible, mailbox is way too small and can't enlarge it, Stupid ads huge ads on side are very distracting. Do no need the top that says inbox, new mail, etc. leave it like it was. PLEASE!!!! If it is going to look this way from now on, I will be going to another provider. VERY UNHAPPY WITH GOLD AOL.

After a 21 year subscriber of AOL, I am ready to change. Gold is awful. How how in the **** could you have forced Gold on us without working out all the kinks, flaws, problems first. I feel like we are all guinea pigs. I have sent many suggestions and have spoken with tech help and nothing has changed. Just for starters, having to go to three windows just to sign in if I choose not to have automatic sign-in. Having to wait five seconds before individual emails show up on the screen. AOL should be ashamed.

Get rid of the ads, especially the ones that are in motion. They drive me crazy trying to read my emails and articles in the news. I am paying for AOL now so I do not want to see ads. If they are not gone when my trial is over I will be quitting AOL after being a loyal customer for 23 years.

Since I still pay for AOL Desktop, why do I have to have ads on my window? And when I arrow up through my mail, it loses focus??? Why do I have to click back in the inbox to get it back?

I don't like ads showing up in the email I am reading. I'm paying $27 a month for AOL. No ads please.

I think it STINKS that you cannot close a video while the ad plays!

Get the ads off the welcome screen so I can read what it says without having to manually stretching out the box.
I want to have the ability to opt out of advertising. I am paying you $13.99 per month to be my browser, not for billboards on every screen I use.
Get with it or get ready to lose another customer. -

I agree. An article should be complete. When I have to scroll from page to page, eventually I freeze and have to log off in order to unfreeze. So much for reading news.

Place your news articles like a newspaper and if you want to surround it with ads I don't object. But to have to scroll over 10 to 20 pages to read something that is ridiculous.
