Give us back the 9.8 features in Gold
Bring back desktop themes, stationery and emojis for mail, allow us to set up Favorites like we want them, make icons for toolbar available. Most of the time when I'm typing a e-mail, the type doesn't keep up with me and thus missing letters or words. Give us back all the features of 9.8 because Gold is seriously lacking most everything.

this is what I would like to see back from the 9.8 program: Instant Messaging, Buddy list and Favs to be set up like the old program, themes for emails of our choice, making links that work in buddy list

I come from AOL 9.0 VR and what a shock, nothing works as it used. I was forced to "upgrade" to an useless software that is even worst than the ****** web interface.
It seams like AOL wants to loose the few users they still have! -

How much Feedback do you need to realize that AOL GOLD is a BUST
Nothing works EASY. What does the Product Support Team need to KNOW.
Make it simple, BUILD A BETTER FIRE WALL , AND BRING BACK 9,8.
It is that SIMPLE -

This is labeled "planned." When? In the meantime I think we should NOT be PAYing for Gold. It is filled with bugs and most of us hate it. I always preferred AOL, but no more, My patience is running out and I will not pay much longer. I will learn to use gmail or some other provider.

I deal in sending pictures with my business with e mails. Now with the gold the pictures send so large it takes forever to send and the receiver gets a giant picture. On the older version it used to ask do you want to send large or smaller which is better for sending in an e mail. And you used to be able to send 12 pictures now its 3 because of the size. PLEASE FIX THIS !

They said this last year.......what are you waiting on. Do away with the alphabetical order. Let me decide how I want my things to listed and appear. Bring back the option to do my own sounds

The world is moving to "a single push button" user interfaces.
You have moved from a single screen logon to two screens logon.
I'm curious "why?".
My vote: revert to the old style.
