Please expand the size of attachments to more than 25 MB. Because when I tried to forward the exact email that I received, AOL Desktop Gold did not allow me to do it. I was able to send more than 25 MB of attachments from the old AOL Desktop 9.8.2.

I have attempted to send a file of 20 mb but I keep receiving an email stating the file is too large. What is the problem?

15MG is nothing instead of making better, are getting worse. Bring it back, AOL GOLD is not free, we pay every month, not to get less then we have before

increase the size of file attachments in emails so you do not need to send 4 emails to send one file or video... 25mb is way to small and tech service offers zero support or justified reason for the limit.

When I asked this very question before I was told that aol counts the text in the email as part of the 25mb. Really? It never did before. I've also had problems when I try to forward an email to one of my other screen names that even tho the attachment is less than 25mb, it won't send because of the text message. Another fail by aol. No solution in sight either. Like many things, no solutions are being sought. We just have to keep paying. Thats all that matters.

I just attached a 23.9 MB to an email and got the pop up correction that I could not send an attachment that is larger than 25 MB. Hey, my attachment was 1.1 MB smaller than your limit! Why the message? I am so ready to drop AOL from my work tool box.....

Why does AOL limit the size of picture I want to send.....All the other servers like G-mail etc, out there have no problem with picture size. Another failure by AOL.

This is ridiculous. 3rd time it happened to me. What good is AOL email if we can't send pictures over a certain size? It wasn't even all that large. I am so disgusted and fed up with everything AOL took away from us--- and the fact that nothing works.
