    Since Tim Armstrong took over AOL, it has gone into the TOILET. He has No concern for his customers. And like he , I believe once said, People are so stupid, they will take what ever I decide to do. And he is right abut that. Since AOL GOLD replaced 9.8.2, AOL has gone into the Toilet. And aside from "gathering Information" Nothing changes. Things just get worse. Maybe if AOL would publish Tim Armatrong's email address, he would get the message.
    It is Impossible to find.

    Quit changing things that work, like the old Welcome Page, and fix things that were not working like "We cannot send your email at this time, try again later please" or the one that asks for 5 minutes and then try again. Change does not mean smarter or more updated, it means trouble most of the time.

    This so called new main page is the worst thing I have ever seen. No news to speak of, weather is difficult to find. Why don't we have a major GOOD-BYE AOL.

    The tech crew must all be on permanent break to allow such poor work to make it on air. For God's sake at least make the < and > fit into the alotted space and not offset. Don't you have any pride?

    This is what I used to call "Internet AOL" Now it is the new (Old ) face of aol. I spent two hours this morning trying to get switched back as I used to do. They have lost the key to switching. This AOL Brown just doesn't do it and they wont give up. What little news worthy articles are now cut down to about one third of what the were. I have been here for some twenty years and these last five or so have been like an funeral.

    I do not like this new layout. less to look at and we didn't get asked if it was was wanted. I have used AOL for a long time and this is awful. please return to old format

    Not happy with the last update to aol the screen shows befor and after the current screen and its is distracting to the reading of the news

    how AOL Gold can make so many SO CALLED IMPROVEMENTS [ new welcome screen is a Joke ] that are NOT , but will DO NOTHING WHAT SOEVER to ADDRESS the MAGNITUDE of ONGOING PROBLEMS - AOL , Oath , just does not care at all for users -

    Has AOL GOLD, decided to do everything they can to **** UP AOL???? They Gather Feedback, and do NOTHING. They have their Engineers looking into resolving problems, YET, Nothing gets done. Ever since they DUMPED 9.8. Nothing is for the better. I would say maybe Monkeys are in charge,But that would be a INSULT to monkeys.
    So I guess all of us AOL subscribers, have to just Rant and Rave, to get rid of our frustration. I wonder if anyone reads what we write.It maybe just a empty hole.

    I couldn't agree more about the new format on opening page. It's awful!! Every time AOL makes a change it's for the worse! I think AOL will be losing customers right and left. And now we have to pay for this!!??

    Your new welcome screen sucks big time, big time. Why do you monkey-brains keep fixing what isn't broke. Go back to previous welcome screen worked just fine. Can AOL do anything right these days???? I doubt it.
