    The advice about expanding your browser does not work. You can't move the sides in or out. Why don't you just quit re-inventing the wheel? Now I can't even read things from my cousins. STUPID

  2. AOL format is once again terrible!

    I just opened my AOL and find that once again you Folks have fiddled with the layout. Bad enough that you alphabetized my "favorites" when I didn't want you to. Now, the opening page is all different and has more **** that I don't want to see. On top of that, you are chargig me to use your browser for a monthly charge when it was better for free!
    Please, stop changing and return to the format I had a couple of days ago!!

  3. AOL Gold browser freezes up, locks, won't load even it's own pages

    Really? I have to close the browser, and completely reboot my computer to get this browser to work properly? While this one is busy not doing anything, using half a gb of ram, I can open AOL Shield and go to the website I can't get Gold to open. Geesh, almost 300 revisions now and it's still a pain in the .............

  7. Keep Portfolio Yahoo is a unusable. They run you around in circles and there is no obvious way of contacting them to correct this circus.

    Yahoo is not at all user friendly. There is no obvious way of contacting them to get out of the circle of I am not a robot . Without AOL Portfolio I have no reason to remain a user.

  8. Gold lock up "not responding"

    After finally logging in and Inbox is displayed I try to open an email. Gold locks with with "not responding" and I have to go to Task Manager to kill Gold. My wife's account (on same computer) works fine. I'm paying for this why?

  9. AOL Defects

    Your software defects should be fixed!
    (1) E-mails saved on my PC should be in a file accessible by non AOLr program tools to allow file recovery if possible in case of file or folder damage.
    (2) Folders now missing due to damage from outside events should be enabled to be deleted by AOL to enable the same name to be reused, now blocked forever.
    (3) AOL should be stopped from automatically and arbitrarily diverting incoming messages to the SPAM folder. This should only be under control of the user.

  11. Fix sound for web pages

    I can't hear the sound on my web pages, before I can do at any version of aol, y you want to know what kind of web pages is, here is a link for what I do, for long time. This new version of AOL Gold is very disappointed.

    I been sharing my poems for so many year in to members of AOL and non AOL members. Now I have to tell them to open the web page by Explorer, because AOL don play the music format midi.

    If your browser crashes, please try the following steps to enhance your experience:

    a. Edit > Select Footprints to Clear
    b. Check the ‘Browser Cache’ box
    c. Restart ADG
    If the user had not previously checked the ‘Browser Cache’ clear footprint option, it can be restored using these additional steps

  20. What are y'all doing with my MAIL folder?? When I permanently delete mail, that's what I mean. Now, I find old deleted in my folder. WHY?
