  2. Chats needs to improve

    Wheres is the red heart on that used to be on the chats and chat room list? This chats needs also improvements, when open the window to get to the chat it gets in blank I have to close the the chat room list to reopened, I have to do it several times. Also, when we send the message it keeps sending in the same massage, this is confusing specially if we are chatting with a different person. The chat frizzes a lot.   3. AOL saved folders

    I can access my saved emails on my phone app and on my ipad app. but on my computer with AOL desktop gold the folders have disappeared with no dropdown or other way to find them.

    WHILE I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE RULES TO FOLLOW IN CHAT ROOMS MANY TIMES ARGUMENTS ARE HEATED AND CAN TURN UGLY....I TRY NOT TO US INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE BUT IN ANY EVENT WHEN I GET A TOS THERE IS A LINK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BRIEF EMAIL BUT IT CANNOT BE OPENED....

    IS THIS A LINK TO SHOW US WHAT WE SAID WRONG TO GET THE TOS???

    All of the recent complaints about spam filters and the direction of email are valid. Everyone tells me I am an idiot for paying $39 per month for this type of idiotic file management. Please restore normal operating parameters. I do NOT need all my current mail to be defaulted to the Saved Folder before I can read it. When I sign in, I should be able to immediately read today's email. I should not have to take the extra steps of going to the saved folder. If I delete the Save Folder, will that cure the problem, or only…

  7. You could install a different or updated browser!!!

    AOL Gold will not allow me to download any forms from my Military Retired Pay site (Defense Finance and Accounting Agency). When I use Microsoft Edge or I/E 11 I have no problem. IT SURE WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A BROWSER IN AOL THAT WOULD DO EVERYTHING, like you had before in 9.8.2

  12. The address file in AOL GOLD sucks. Cannot make adjustments, or deletes.

    The address book in AOL Gold sucks. You cannot make adjustments from 'all contacts' to' groups'. You cannot delete an Email address. Please advise when this is corrected..............

  14. just sent 3 more emails from my phone did not receive a one

    nothing in spam wanted to save pics of my sons graduation to my pc, but looks like aol is screwing with mail again... made a purchase on ebay last night no email confirming payment, no receipt, requested money be sent to my paypal at 1 am... Never got that email! Requested support from a website 2 days ago never got the instant automated email, no idea if anyone even attempted to assist me, because if they replied to my ticket I NEVER GOT IT!

  15. When I save an incoming mail to my PC it's not saved in the right folder

    When I save an incoming mail to my PC it's not saved in the right folder.

    It is not in the Incoming Mail folder. It's in the Heading folder titled "Saved on My PC and it is the only saved incoming mil in there, The older ones saved on my PC are in the Incoming Mail Received folder.

    Why do things break almost daily that were not broken before??

    I have sent this problem "{"errors":[{"id":"INVALID_CRUMB","title":"invalid crumb"}]}" that appears on my opening the "Welcome" site. I have to close it and reopen it every time. whether it is first opening or when AOL shuts down for non use. The same ERROR appears and again I have to shut down and reopen. Please clear the problem. this is my third request.
