Incoming email including a photo
There has been a recent change such that incoming email that includes a photograph, the system produces a "preview". This is a very BAD innovation

About a week ago your format for portfolio's was changed. Please go back to the original. The info was much more useful.
Go back to original format of portfolios that was changed about a week ago. This takes place when you click on a particular portfolio. It used to show the different lots and gains or losses since purchase.

aol mail on aol desktop gold has changed and i hate it..it is taking me too long
they changed my aol mail and i hate it..it is taking me longer to retrieve it and i don't like the setting..i have to go to google chrome to get it..when i go to aol mail i expect to get only my new or marked as unread mail in there, nstead it is mixed in with old mail..i willnot stay with aol if this is what getting my mail is gooing to be

Cannot get into the Capital One website. I wasn't able to access some features of the website when i go there.

I want to be able to click the envelope to read my emails on your welcome page.
All of a sudden, on Saturday, when I clicked on the envelope to read my emails, they did not work at all... Now this tech tells me I must click on the READ icon instead... I would like to continue using the envelope if that is possible. I will appreciate your fixing this problem if you can.

Who is writing these things? The article today (8/17) about Biden states "tenants" of Biden's campaign! It should be "tenets." A tenant is a person who rents a living space from another person. Apparently proofreading is a lost art on AOL and, in fact, just about on any publication. Talk about the dumbing down of America!
