  1. Contacts still auto add in the app

    It would be great if you could stop auto adding an email address to my contacts every time they email me. This includes any spam which ends up in my mailbox, plus no reply email addresses. I have to go through my contacts every day and delete addresses like retailers I buy from, repeatedly. Stopping auto adding can be done on a laptop but, it seems, not on my phone or in the app. It is really annoying. Please can you let us do this?   2. Bug: Dark Mode not supported when composing mail

    When replying to a message or composing a new one, the Dark Mode setting is not supported, and a bright white screen is used for writing an email.

  4. Preview messages need to allow user to increase Font size

    Please allow a setting to increase Font Size for preview and actual email content permanently.
    Preview wording is way too small and so is the text size inside emails. I can’t access mail on my IPhone after hours of customer support so they said to use the AOL app which needs increasing font options.

  7. Eliminate timing out of app

    When composing an email message, the app times out after a minute. It does save it in Drafts, although it is very frustrating to always be interrupted when writing a message.

  9. No sounds with iOS 17 upgrade

    Once I upgraded to the IOS 17 I’ve lost my sounds on my aol app. Settings are correct. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted my phone. And checked the iPhone sound settings. Still not working! Thank you!

  10. Simplify the send mail to a group option, way to many steps now

    Put the BCC box back in the mail we are writing. When sending to a group, when we select the group, why do we have yet another additional step to confirm who we are sending to?? Bring back the mail sending the way it was before this update.

    Allow the user to customize which views (news, shopping, videos, receipts) they see in the AOL app for iOS. I do not care to see news or shopping, but would like to see receipts.

  13. Please Fix - After latest (V7.3.2) Update Cannot delete multiple emails anymore.

    After latest update I can no longer delete multiple emails simultaneously. I can select them and it includes them in the total quantity, but does not delete them when I confirm the “Delete All”. I have to select one at a time and that works.

  14. Notifications/Badges Don't Clear

    Notifications and app icon badges don't clear automatically if an email message is read on another device.

    Let's say you receive an email while you're sitting at your computer. Both the computer and your iPhone will notify on new mail. If you now read the email on your computer, the AOL mobile application never checks again to see if that message was marked as read, so the notifications stay raised until the user clears them. App badge also shows prior unread count and requires an inbox refresh to update. Seems like a minor fix, but it would greatly improve QoL.

  16. Add Classic “You’ve got mail” notification sound.

    You would think this would be a no brainer, but the AOL mail app should have the classic you’ve got mail voice dialog for notification sound.

  18. All new mail should load

    Some of my new mail shows up. Ex. It says I have 70 emails but only 10 show up. If I go out of new mail and go to old mail or sent mail and then return to new mail the rest of my new mail shows up. Shouldn’t all of my new mail show up without me having to go out and in again? This is not right.

  19. If I’ve checked keep me logged in, keep me logged in. Don’t make me sign in again. That sounds simple enough, doesn’t it?

    AOL could slide into the 21st century by adding facial recognition. 😊

  20. Make a one swipe way to delete a contact. Alphabetize contacts.
