Informed Delivery again going to SPAM folder
Received Informed Delivery in SPAM., again, Response from USPS after contacting them.
It appears you or your email provider marked the Informed Delivery emails as SPAM. We requested from your email provider the removal of that designation.
If you send even one USPS email to SPAM all subsequent emails will go to SPAM.
You should start seeing emails with images in a few days.
In the future you will need to reach out to your email provider for assistance. The program they use is for SPAM block is called MailGun. They have the capability to turn this on or off. …393rd ranked -

How dare you stop filtering incoming mail and offer to now do it for a fee. I have other providers that are FREE and do a better job free!
I am probably one of a very few people still paying for service. As a provider you are responsible for a certain amount of oversight and I dont think you should try to further monetize. What am I paying for after all

I want to sort emails alphabetically. Easier to find things and to delete things. I used to be able to do this.
I used to be able to delete emails that I saved in my inbox by sorting alphabetically. For instance, a notice from Fed Ex I might want to keep until after I received the package. Then it's forgotten and my inbox fills up with thousands of emails. At present I have to go down by date and it takes so much time. I could eliminate so many more emails if I could sort alphabetically like I used to. Your "improvements" are not always welcomed. Please let us sort alphabetically.

Why are Financial Institutions emails being blocked
I came back from a two-week vacation, had my "out of office" reply on, and found snail mail from all my financial institutions with a similar message. All the email notifications of statements being ready for review were bounced back as undeliverable. What is going on? I only have 1 person and zero financial institutions listed as blocked and yet you are returning critical emails and causing havoc for me. I would like this corrected immediately as I could not find a solution listed anywhere.

STOP redirecting to the news page after sending of emails, just let it go back to inbox like a normal email account or make it optional
Please stop or make it optional that after sending an email instead of going straight back to the inbox (the natural thing to happen and what other email providers do) you are taken to a news round up page and have to either click 'x' or "back" to get back to the inbox page. It interrupts my mental flow, is bad for RSI injured people or ppl with other hand disabilities (extra needless clicking), bad for workflow and bad for mental health- I personally do not doom scroll or injest news daily. Provide valid QR codes for 2-step login verification by Microsoft and Google authenticator apps on iPhone. Both apps repeatedly report "Invalid barcode..." so only effective recourse is to request 2-factor verification code via email to a non-AOL account... and with no permanant "trusting" of my current login device -- in this case a Windows 11 PC.

After inserting the image in the email compose window, click on it and the picture editor toolbar should appear. The first two option are to rotate the picture, the last one is the Edit option.RHONDA THOMPSON commented · Jun 22, 2024 · Edit… · Delete…

Fix problems submitted. Don’t just post or combine them and do nothing about them. Allow domain names to be blocked as spam. I get about 50/day from the same Domain and can’t block them. I’ve had AOL FOREVER, but am about done with wasting so much time per day deletig spam.

1. I read an new email (which is bold and in "new"
2. I then select "Mark Unread"
