Why is there so much spam coming through? I never had this much spam with the old version of AOL before Gold. And yes, my spam filter is turned on. Please improve the spam filter.

After 18 loyal years I am considering canceling AOL because of AOL Gold unfixed problems
Email blocking doesn't work, one can't add a work to the dictionary on AOL Email and so many other things.....

AOL Gold members need a report on what's being fixed after all of these suggestions at this point.
After all this time collecting feedback, AOL Gold admins should issue a report listing what features have been fixed to date and on what is definitely going to be fixed. It is this lack of communication that caused Gold to be release a program without the essential features of the previous program. If such a report has already been issued, I never received it in my email. At least tell us where to find it!

This is the worst aol ever.
I just want to click my name once to sign on not twice. The redundancy is ridiculous. It is so slow to load mail and navigate. This is horrible.

Here are some examples. 1) I used images in my emails routinely before aol gold came out. Now i sadly tend not to use images, because they won't stay on the same line i place them them on, but rather go to the left on the line below and then i have to re-size, cut and paste them back into the line i wanted them on (and even then sometimes they disappear altogether!)…

My idea is for you to NOT keep sending me emails that are ADVERTISEMENTS. i'M SICK TO DEATH of money-grubbing huge multinational corporations trying so desperately to get MORE AND MORE AND MORE MONEY from me, and other people with limited incomes. It's disgusting and you people ought to be ashamed of yourselves. But of course you are not, because MONEY is all that will ever capture your attention.

The old AOL program was much more stab;e and user friendly; This GOLD version is not only an embarrassment, but probably ripe candidate for a class-action lawsuit. AOL Gold just about worthless and yet you want over $310/yr. Merely launcing AOL Gold lowers protection level of Tech Fortress
AOL Gold lowers protection level and it does not automatically revert back to the recommended "Medium" level, leaving computer vulnerable. Time for AOL to recognize that AOL GOLD is a very poor product and go back to previous version or lose this customer who has been with AOL since the very beginning. Call the VIP Loyalty customer service and get a non American person who isn't even understandable and who offers all sorts of apologies but no solutions!

I am doing more work than is necessary because you decided that it's better. I hate the fact that when trying to save a picture it automatically goes to download, and then I have to find where I want to put it. Also, when looking for a picture the setting is on video and I want all files, so again, I am doing the work. I sure hope you find a better edition soon....

"BLOCK EMAIL" made simple + easy!
PLEASE, include a "BLOCK EMAIL" option in the drop down window when an email is clicked on. Having to type in the address(es) in the current block email system is VERY tedious and they change their addresses hourly. I AM SICK-AND-TIRED of all these, "I want to have *** w/ you." emails, etc. ****! Make it easy!
