message texts do not open when you click on them in the mail list. a rotating circle appears suggesting that it's trying to open but the message doesn't open.

resizing the app when alternating back and forth between the smaller front screen and then folding it open needs to happen automatically. Folding phone i believe will be the future

It doesn't matter if its an old or new email. When tapping on all emails to open it takes about 10 seconds for the message to appear.

AOL wants to stop ✋ us from conveniently using 3rd party email systems. Maybe the app should be fixed with all phone systems first? Or should we cancel/open/use new email accounts? I've had problems using Samsung Note 8, Note 9, S9+, and now Note 20S Ultra 5G. Same issue, boots up freezes, close and reopened. Coin toss. Might work; Might not :( Can AOL fix this before shutting us out from checking email with 3rd party systems?

Hire some engineers who know what they're doing, not the same guys who screwed up BlackBerry. Basic functions need to work smoothly.
