The Free AOL is messing up. There is no send button

Change this site back to what it was 6 months ago, PLEASE!
Your new system makes cleaning up my emails a pain in the ***! The old system allowed me to click select all, delete and 20 emails were gone. Your new garbage forces me to do this one at a time. Whomever designed this current should be fired! PLEASE change it back!

help me get my aol email address (& account) back
i've had my original (& most important, e.g. -- contact emails of everyone i volunteer and work with) since 1998! as of two days ago i cannot access nor get into my email. aol "help" (at the 800 phone numbers) cannot help me, nor does help.aol.com help me accomplish anything, either

Generate app password Not working!!!
Generate app password not working. Simple fix! Leave AOL. If this was an issue AOL cared about they would NOT alow it to malfunction for so long.
After being foolish enought to actuily think paid support would be helpful in resolving this issue I learned they did not even know it was not available anymore.
It has finally become clear to me, the hassle of not having this feature is greater than the hassle of changing my email address to another carrier.

The "New" AOL Mail
Generally, I like the new AOL mail, particularly the convenience of being able to "star" an e-mail to locate it more easily later on.
I don't however, understand the reasoning behind limiting a users' ability to select... and save... their preference of font, size, and color to use for the text of their e-mails.Is that simply "one more" of a customer's individual abilities that AOL seems to be taking away from us... much like the "community guidelines" control you're so often and unnecessarily using on YOUR "community" discussion boards?

An email came to me from supposedly from AOL that I canceled my email, I have not canceled my AOL email, I suspect it was spam

Comment Section
AOL really needs to do something about the comment section. Restructure it so a group of people can't oust anyone who doesn't agree with them. There seems to be the same group of male names that post on every article, or they are bots. I have apparently been banned for life from posting and so far no representative can tell me why. Please consider coming up with a new format. Obviously there are so many people in the same boat.Do something someone!

app password
This issue is really not acceptable; I wonder what email services/accounts the owners and support team from AOL use?? I'm thinking that if AOL leadership were to encounter this issue there would be layoffs. I've been reading the history on the internet after encountering this myself and this really does not bode well for AOL. While I try every day to generate and app password "unsuccessfully" I'm not researching options. signed a very long time loyal customer :(

Third party application password generation has been down. This has to be devasting to members who use third party applications. .
When do you believe this will be fixed? I am sure this is an issue for hundreds of members. If this is going to be be an issue for an extended amount of time, I along with others will need to explore alternative service providers.

Chat was not helpful
When you contact chat for help you should" 1 not be hit with a long spill about new email. 2. They should pay attention to what you have told them instead of trying to tell you to do something you told them did not work
