  1. On September 1, server changes are now preventing imap connections

    On September 1, 2022, server changes are now preventing imap connections to outlook, at least on my windows 7 computer and any type of connection on my kindle fire even with aol generated passwords. Impossible to share issues with tech support even if I pay for support. Are the days of AOL coming to an end?

    HELP SUPPORT SHOULD BE FOR ALL MEMBERS THAT HAS BEEN WITH YOU FROM THE START. I STARTED WITH YOU SINCE THE CD AND PHONE ACCESS. HELP SHOULD NOT BE ONLY FOR PAID CUSTOMERS. I CAN'T ACCESS MY EMAILS WHICH IS CRITICAL TO ME!

  3. why is my account labeled suspicious when I have been a member for 25+ years?

    After 25 + years why do I have to verify my identity? Is AOL becoming not a viable search engine. If this isn't resolved soon I will stop using AOL. NEED AN ANSWER!

  4. Posting opposite opinion

    When I try to present an opposing opinion on a news article; sometimes my post gets rejected, saying your post doesn't adhere to our community standards; but I can't find how I am violating any of them. No cursing, no making fun of or bullying the other person. In fact, my post is just as respectful as the first poster, but mine gets rejected, and his stays up. The only difference in our comments seems to be that he/she is politically on the left, while mine is more conservative leaning. The only reason I can guess, is, that like Facebook,…

    When I go to the comments section, I am lucky if I get to the voting. I also get sent back to the top of the article if I click on see more comments. What the blazes is going on with AOL?

  7. Now that you seem to have changed the format and only show a few posted comments, will you tell us how to see the rest of the comments.

    How do you look at other than the few posted comments you show? Clicking on the line that says more comments does nothing.

    It took quite a while for my chat connection to happen. I had waited almost 10 minutes. Ran to get my phone and then got connected. It was frustrating to wait so long.

    Adchoices on welcome page is very annoying. The movement gives me vertigo. This ad program ruins my browsing. Because I am not able to disable I will use other browsers.

  16. Lose your bias against President Trump

    Everything you write in your so-called "news" relating to President Trump is biased against him. Whether you like it or not the majority of Americans are supportive of President Trump. And when he wins the next election I hope he remembers who supported him and WHO DIDN'T.

  18. Change this site back to what it was 6 months ago, PLEASE!

    Your new system makes cleaning up my emails a pain in the ***! The old system allowed me to click select all, delete and 20 emails were gone. Your new garbage forces me to do this one at a time. Whomever designed this current should be fired! PLEASE change it back!
