Keep Trash For 90 days or more.
On numerous occations I need to find an e mail that was sent to trash. But trash is not kept long enough to go back 90 days. Trash emails need to be kept at least 60 days. 90 days would be better.

Organization Error
Obviously, we can all agree that AOL has had made a huge mistake of not communicating to everyone about deleted emails due to their lack of organization. I mean the smallest little hack of having a filter to search your mail by sender, time, ect would be nice, but thats my own personal opinion. (Specifically since it is not available on mobile devices such as an iPhone). Anyways, It is shockingly disappointing to see a company bought by a larger company to be in shambles. Almost ignored by the advantages of their parental company’s wealth of AI and technology.

Font color and highlight
I really need AOL to return to "traditional/primary" colors for font and highlight colors.
For instance, I can't select a true red for my texts, where I might want to emphasize a word or section. Your choice of colors makes little sense.

why did you delete old emails, i have lost conversations with family members i can no longer speak to, notes and pictures i had saved in this account. why would you be so cruel

Categorize emails by sender
AOL used to offer an option to group/categorize emails from the same sender. It made it so much easier and quicker to delete emails. I am overwhelmed by the amount of emails I receive daily and would like this feature to return.

Changing display name for sent emails on phone.
The instructions to change my display name do not work from my phone. Many people don’t have access to a computer so there should be the same settings on the phone version vs using a desktop.

Select an email, search all rmail gor yhst one rmail
Be able to select one email, not parts of a possible word, in the email or subject line, just one email. So I can select all, of those emails and delete them.

After changing password they still using verification code.
When changing your old password to a new one,they still send the verification code.

I accidentally unsubscribed emails from Jackson Rancheria, but can't find an "Undo" option anywhere. Could we make it easier to find?
Could we make an undo option for emails we unsubscribe from easier to find. I'm sure the option must be there, but I can't find it.

Width Adjustment of Mailbox List vs Reading Pane
Users need to be able to manually move/set the separation bar between mailbox contents and reading pane.
Most monitors are SO large today that having the reading pane occupy 70% or more of the pane is a detriment to easy navigation. The mailbox contents list is of limited use when it's needllessly narrow and many emails are of such low value that being able to see them as 33-50% of the left of the screen leaves LOTS of space for reading while being able to preview one-liners or alerts, simple yes/no replies, etc.

Subscription emails should be separate
Subscription emails should be in a separate kind of inbox. I can't even find legitimate emails anymore because they get barried by my subscriptions which are more of a casual thing for me to read.

Why can't I find, edit or email groups from the app. Can I set different groups with my own headings?
I want to sent edit and email my own groups in the app. I use to be able to in a previous version. It is better if I log on line, but I seem restricted to AOL defined groups.

AOL im Jahr 2025 wie im Jar 2001
Wieso warnt Ihr einen nicht SOFORT, wenn der Anhang zu groß ist. Wieso muss ich erst Minutenlang warten, bis mir ein Mailer Demon sagt, dass die Mail zu groß ist. Im Jahr 2025, das ist ja heftig. Es gibt 3D Drucker, aber euer E-Mail Dienst kriegt es nicht hin, einen einfach direkt zu warnen, wenn der Anhang zu groß ist. AOL ist wirklich im Jahr 2001 hängen geblieben, Wahnsinn.

Block an entire domain
Allow users an easy way to block an entire domain to eliminate spam in situations where the spammer changes a single digit in the name of the email, but the domain remains the same. AOL used to allow global domain blocks using *@hateddomain.org as an example. Or allow users to enter just the domain name, in this case: @hateddomain.org. The goal is to stop all email sender addresses from that domain.

Forceful Ads
Please stop making the mail viewing experience stressful by trying to force Ads on customers. If one does not like an Ad and gives feedback they do not prefer it, stop forcing that same ad on a person.

Selecting all email to delete
I just got a new phone, and after downloading this app, I have over 4,000 emails in my inbox that were NOT there yesterday. In order to delete them I have to physically select each and every one of them. Lame.... the app I had on my old phone, had an ALL box you could select, so you could delete them all. Much faster. Please include this in your next update. 🤔😒🙄

Hire Actual Human Beings
Hire actual people to assist customers. Many issues do not fall into your "pretty box of topics."
I just spent 15 minutes with the response, "Sorry, I didn't quite get that." I know that- you responded the same way eight times. How many tries does it take to grab a human (contract or otherwise) to take a GD call?9th ranked
