fix app password
your app password security sucks we pay you money to have this working, this is a joke that the app password cannot be generated, you have been havung this issue for over a year your support SUCKS you they cannot tell you how to get or app password or when it will work, need this for outlook and gmail to work, i will be cancelling and filling a BBB complaint also if you cannot fix this what is the point of paying for AOL.

Fix the app to work correctly
When I read the mail from my phone app it does not move or show them red on my computer but now when I read the new mail on the computer it automatically moves my mail on my phone to Old mail which is what it's supposed to do both ways they are not in sync please fix case number 20287659

Feedback
Feedback option is a joke, not taken seriously by AOL. The mail is tedious to use , the filters are useless. Please fix spam issues, listen to the users. I am gradually migrating from AOL because of this annoyance.

Netscape and AIM domain obsolescence and email addresses
I want to delete my netscape.net and my aim.com email addresses. Both domains have been obsolete to the AOL platform for years now. Why can't I delete these emails addresses and just have my AOL.com email address?

Auto delete messages older than 60 days !
I think it is an excellent idea. A lot of the messages I receive are just advertisements and I don't have time to read through all of that.

Annoying dots next to each message in inbox
I like being able to choose New or Old format, but Old format seems to have new things...those blue dots next to each message? VERY annoying...please get rid of !!

App not working
App not working on any device as of yesterday have all mail stored not very good

Enable Print emails
Add a "print" button to the smart phone app so we can print emails. It's always been on our laptop version. (Or am I missing something?) Competitor Gmail has a print feature on its smart phone mail app.

New mail filters
In the "settings" icon menu there is not a "more settings , filters, Add new filters" like the AOL.help suggests. It would be nice to have this.

When I delete emails from my cell phone, I noticed that the emails are still remaining when I sign into my desktop.

I need access to my emails.
My email account had been added to my phone accounts and has been stuck for over a year. I am logged into my aol email on my phone and have access to the emails up to the point when it disconnected. The correct login credentials were applied but it has been saying that it can't connect because the credentials were incorrect.
