We should be able to see if someone read our email or not
Be able to check our sent emails to see if they were opened or not. I remember back in the day you didn't have to download anything, you could just check and see if someone read your email. Now, all the sudden, we have to download things?! Why?? Why don't you just fix your software so we don't have to download anything. And in doing it that way would make us trust it more. How do you search for dates in email?
You removed date search in the email. Keywords don't work for dates. BRING SEARCH BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to aol email
I just made a burn email. And I have a welcome email from AOL in my spam folder. Maybe not the best place to have it land...

Folders on phone aol.com
I am no longer allowed to create new folders.
I click + Add folder
Dialog box opens
But name field will now either close completely and / or block all entry of characters.
This is using: aol.com on my Samsung galaxy A42.

Cleaning emails
I used to be able to delete page by page ,please fix it it was a lot easier to do so would clean my email easier.

Folders
1) is there a LIMIT to total # of folders we can have on aol.com ( I don't use the app )?
2) is there a way to ADD more folders ( sub ) to a MAIN folder?
3) I cannot ADD anymore folders to my aol.com account ( main / ROOT ) folders.
I don't use the app, I use a browser only.
Can you all research & address / explain how / re-code the browser version to fix these?

Re: Account barespa100aol.com login is not accepting my password it redirects my to my backup email some how it does it every time never accepting my password, I only want it in case I need it not with every login attempt. Thank you for sending a password reset to the back email so I can login regularly this way not use emergency back up every single time customer since 2021.

Their is no way of changing your sign in options from phone
You need to have a category to be able to change your security information after you sign in on your phone, as of now, not an option

fix app password
your app password security sucks we pay you money to have this working, this is a joke that the app password cannot be generated, you have been havung this issue for over a year your support SUCKS you they cannot tell you how to get or app password or when it will work, need this for outlook and gmail to work, i will be cancelling and filling a BBB complaint also if you cannot fix this what is the point of paying for AOL.
