You need to be able to block certain people or email addresses from entering your inbox. You can always do it from a desktop computer only.

Color combinations of ads.!
I am elderly w/ all the issues, the use of colors in Ads are important ! As we age it is difficult to read a lot of the mail. Eg. Yellow and white, there are other combinations! I suggest. Alerting your advertisers if they want older generations to read they do some research and change their ads accordingly. There are a lot of us out here!

Poor service request.
Emails were accidentally deleted from my trash folder. AOL is asking for a one time or monthly fee to restore them. I've been a decades long user with no issues until now. I don't understand a fee to perform what would take a few seconds or key strokes to do. Very disappointing to say the least.

Leave the saved email folder alone. Stop deleting the emails in there, they are saved for a reason. I have lost critical emails due to this.

Spam bombing
What happened to the spam filters? It is hitting my business use email like crazy. I really don't want to have to go to a different provider but I am tired of spending hours ( not an exaggeration) deleting and "blocking" emails only to get more. The so called blocking only adds a marker, it doesn't block or even send to spam folder. This is completely unacceptable!!!

We should be able to see if someone read our email or not
Be able to check our sent emails to see if they were opened or not. I remember back in the day you didn't have to download anything, you could just check and see if someone read your email. Now, all the sudden, we have to download things?! Why?? Why don't you just fix your software so we don't have to download anything. And in doing it that way would make us trust it more. Is aol passing or selling UK email addresses? How can so many American targeted emails go to the UK and most of them are scam or phishing? Please aol, help us stop all this rubbish. Meantime, I shall just continue to delete, delete, delete, delete.
