Missing emails
Hey AOL. I’ve had my email account since I was like 10 or 11. I just logged in for the first time in probably 3-4 years. Thanks for deleting everything I’ve ever received or sent! Wow, what a favor you did! Not like you deleted every single trace of communication I ever had with family members who’ve passed away since. Block Spam by DomainName
Stop mail from AlphabetSoup@DomainName I am so tied of getting the same promotional message from different AlphbetSoup names from the same domainName. I would like to block DomainName. This week, however, AlphabetSoup is using Gmail.com. I have had an AOL email address since 1994 and I would hate to leave, but I am at the verge of deleting account and transferring to my gmail address.

Folders
1) is there a LIMIT to total # of folders we can have on aol.com ( I don't use the app )?
2) is there a way to ADD more folders ( sub ) to a MAIN folder?
3) I cannot ADD anymore folders to my aol.com account ( main / ROOT ) folders.
I don't use the app, I use a browser only.
Can you all research & address / explain how / re-code the browser version to fix these?

Have messages download from the server
When using the app, almost every time I try to open new mail or saved mail, I receive the message that “this message has not been downloaded from the server.” Super frustrating and not user friendly.

I want to stop paying for it since you guys took over. I should be able to get it free like gmail now
I do not want to pay for AOL mail since it took over Netscape. I’ve been paying for many many years now. I don’t want to have to go to gmail.

fix app password
your app password security sucks we pay you money to have this working, this is a joke that the app password cannot be generated, you have been havung this issue for over a year your support SUCKS you they cannot tell you how to get or app password or when it will work, need this for outlook and gmail to work, i will be cancelling and filling a BBB complaint also if you cannot fix this what is the point of paying for AOL.

i tried to unsubscribe from the aol spam and the link sends too many redirects and crashed my browser.. what is going on with you people!? do you want to lose customers this bad? i don't even really use this account so i won't miss it

Not delete old email for no reason
I’ve had my AOL email account for over 20 years. Last week, almost a full years worth of my old emails disappeared. The only email that I can retrieve is from the last 7 days, then it skips to August 2022. I called several times to AOL mail support, and was told that I needed a membership for them to help. Even with a membership, I was told, they could only retrieve the last seven days worth of my email. I told them I already HAVE the last seven days emails, so that really would accomplish nothing. I can no longer lower an opened email
This new version doesnt allow anything useful. I need to lower an opened email to use it while creating ...the email closes...i cant copy and paste...why would you ruin the email that worked perfectly???
