  3. Missing emails

    Hey AOL. I’ve had my email account since I was like 10 or 11. I just logged in for the first time in probably 3-4 years. Thanks for deleting everything I’ve ever received or sent! Wow, what a favor you did! Not like you deleted every single trace of communication I ever had with family members who’ve passed away since. Oh, or deleted every single email related to my childhood accounts! Haha, you think I can get into my old Twitter to read my thoughts? Nope! Wiped. Everything, gone! Thanks. Really great AOL.   4. Folders

    1) is there a LIMIT to total # of folders we can have on aol.com ( I don't use the app )?

    2) is there a way to ADD more folders ( sub ) to a MAIN folder?

    3) I cannot ADD anymore folders to my aol.com account ( main / ROOT ) folders.

    I don't use the app, I use a browser only.

    Can you all research & address / explain how / re-code the browser version to fix these?

  5. I want to stop paying for it since you guys took over. I should be able to get it free like gmail now

    I do not want to pay for AOL mail since it took over Netscape. I’ve been paying for many many years now. I don’t want to have to go to gmail.

  6. fix app password

    your app password security sucks we pay you money to have this working, this is a joke that the app password cannot be generated, you have been havung this issue for over a year your support SUCKS you they cannot tell you how to get or app password or when it will work, need this for outlook and gmail to work, i will be cancelling and filling a BBB complaint also if you cannot fix this what is the point of paying for AOL.

  9. Get rid of the menus bar going across the middle of the page!

    What the **** is the menus bar doing across the middle of every e mail now!

  12. I can no longer lower an opened email

    This new version doesnt allow anything useful. I need to lower an opened email to use it while creating ...the email closes...i cant copy and paste...why would you ruin the email that worked perfectly???

  14. Why can I NO LONGER create a new folder to store subject specific emails?

    Every time I try to create a new folder, the typing box jumps and disappears thus ly not allowing me to create the new folder. WHY? I have very few folders, so...???

  15. Edit reply settings

    Please let users edit the reply actions in AOL Mail app on IOS. The current order is:
    Delete, Archive, Move, Reply ALL.
    Are you serious? Where is the Reply button? You have to press MORE to actually find it which a few users already pointed out. I would prefer Reply to be THE ABSOLUTE NUMBER 1 CHOICE, not other options. Why is it in More? Obviously designer of this section doesn’t reply to emails. So if it’s so different for different people, why not to allow a simple customisation of this options?
    On Apple Mail for example Reply to email…

  17. Folders on phone aol.com

    I am no longer allowed to create new folders.

    I click + Add folder

    Dialog box opens

    But name field will now either close completely and / or block all entry of characters.

    This is using: aol.com on my Samsung galaxy A42.
