  1. Folders on phone aol.com

    I am no longer allowed to create new folders.

    I click + Add folder

    Dialog box opens

    But name field will now either close completely and / or block all entry of characters.

    This is using: aol.com on my Samsung galaxy A42.

    I checked the gd boxes! I want to delete 22thousand old new inbox only MAIL mf..!!!. wtf.

  5. You can improve AOL Mail by going back to the old format. This new formats is friggin' rediculous I HATE it.

    The new email is a perfect example of a goofball trying to fix something that's not broken. Did the new planner used to work for Coke, or better yet ********* or Target? Please give me back the old format as you can jam this new POS.

    Don't put my read mail into my Old Mail Automatically. Just leave it, ill do it if I want to.
    Also I'm not interested on your News Feed before I can see my emails, especially Not Trumps Face ever

  9. Timestamps are wrong

    Bloody yahoo! My timestamps aren't working on my aol address they are all coming in stamped gmt-4 instead of BST, emails arrive in clumps instead of soon after they are sent and when I am replying to my mail the cursor frequently jumps back to the beginning of the reply writing the last half of sentences at the beginning of the email. This is exactly why I left yahoo in the first place and went to aol. Then yahoo buy aol and the same **** starts happening again. What the **** is wrong with you people??

  12. My email is set to the incorrect time zone. I’m in the PST time zone!!!! Please correct!!!!!

    Make it simple to ensure my phone (AND AOL) recognizes my correct time zone (PST), this should be automatic, shouldn’t need to go looking how to correct something like this.

  13. Netscape and AIM domain obsolescence and email addresses

    I want to delete my netscape.net and my aim.com email addresses. Both domains have been obsolete to the AOL platform for years now. Why can't I delete these emails addresses and just have my AOL.com email address?

    Can't setup account on Android phone may just be closing account too much hassle and I don't need proprietary postbox app setup keeps saying wrong password when it's not new Aol is broken bring back old

  17. Emails I send don't show my full address just a bell and aol which means they go into contact's spam box.

    Can my sent emails show my full address rather than a bell and AOL meaning they often go into friends spam box.

  18. I came back to my AOL account to find that you delet but you deleted all my contacts where are my contacts a

    Why is you kept my AOL account open did you delete all my contacts I want to have my contacts back please if not then delete my account off your AOL
