folders
I can't move any of my important emails to a saved folder in this awful updated version!! I create the name of it but the 'move to' doesn't highlight therefore it won't move, plus the old option before was much better as you could move the email while it was still open. This version now gives you the impression that you have to come out of the email, create a folder name then go back to it.... HOWEVER you still can't move it. What on earth is going on with this shambles of an email system that everyone cannot work…

fields for email sending
The fields for entering an email is so tiny and has a blue border around it. The first letter of the email I type is not visible. This has resulted in frequent wrong e-mails.
SOLUTION: (simple - BRING BACK THE ORIGINAL EMAIL. Not one of the changes you made has been an enhancement.

Forwarding with photos
The Forwarding function has been diminished. WHO DESIGNED THIS??
Frustrating on many issues....
Steps: I attach a photo to an email and send it to one recipient. Later, I want to send same photo to a new recipient. So I pull up the original email I sent and put in a new email address. I then edit the message to personalize it. WHEN I EDIT, the text remains (which I can edit) but the photo is gone. I have to AGAIN attach the photo.Attaching photos is no longer simple. emails print with microscopic font despite my setting set to large type
I can enter settings and set font to large size
However when I print out an important email it comes out with microscopic font size

I think you need to better brief your tech support people. I called this morning asking how I could move between signatures on this system and was told it was not possible. After spending a fair bit of time today working through the settings, I found it really is good and is actually faster than the old way--but this should have easily been told to me by your tech people--not through my trial and error

Signature file!
I can't even create a signature file in this format. This is a nightmare. Please give the option to use the original format. Everything takes twice as long.

"Old Mail" folder is now gone
"Old Mail" is now gone? It's now interspersed with and stagnate in my Inbox? The new format is terrible. And the only way to have it is to submit to the "new AOL mail" version which is just as terrible due to the forced DATE separation of each day. I hate this. Bring back the old format of mail. I hate this.

YAHOO vs AOL
If I wanted to have the YAHOO look on my email, I would have been with YAHOO since the 90's. However, I chose to be with AOL since the 90's and would like the classic look back. Why do things change when they are working correctly?????????

Goodbye, AOL
I cannot use AOL any longer. I will have to set up a new provider and send emails to all my Contacts so they can find me as I shut down my five [5] Screen Names I use for Personal and Political purposes.
The last straw was opening a Screen Name functioning well yesterday to find it in the New and when I went back to Basic it does not have the Preview Pane. This keeps happening unbeknowst to me.

Old Contacts had various fields for things like mailing/street address. The "support" person I spoke to about getting this information retrieved did not believe that was true. You put the fields there, I filled them in in good faith that I could use the data, I want the data back.

Enter tab while composing in New email doesn't work
When composing an email in the New version, the ENTER tab doesn't work. How is that even a thing?? I have to convert back to Classic to compose emails, then back again to the New version to do other stuff that I can't in Classic. WTH?
