  1. sync between devices

    I've reported this before. Messages I read or delete on one device, still shows up as new mail on a different device.

    Before it was a problem with tablet and phone. Now it is also a problem with checking e-mail on the web.

  2. AOL Continues to Suck

    Does AOL have an entire department dedicated to making this the WORST experience for users??? THIS FORMAT SUCKS - AOL "management" should be cleared out as they have no clue to what they're doing. RIDICULOUS

  3. I cannot change back to the old mail format. I hate the new mail

    Go back to the old style. Even though I tried to change back, I still have the new style and I dislike it immensely!

  8. You can improve AOL Mail by giving me back my old version and not FORCE me to use this version that I HATE!

    I HATE this format. I want my "old" format back. I loved the old format and hate this one. It is NOT user friendly and takes MORE time to read my emails because of having to pull it up by pages!!!!! You call that an improvement!!!! I could alphabetize my old email so I could quickly see what I wanted to delete. Now it takes forever to delete doing it one by one. PLEASE give me the choice of what version of email I want to use.   10. Return to the original mail format, please. Thank you.

    It appears that many of your subscribers prefer the original Mail format and would appreciate a return to the tried and true standard. The option is offered to return to the original but it doesn't work. Thank you.

  14. go back to the Old Format, Tried and True!

    Please go back to the original. This is not an improvement. I am not sure what i supposed to be better! I have stayed with AOL for many years and rarely use my gmail account. I am not satisfied at all with the new format and I am very busy, not helpful at all.

    I do not like this new format and would like to have my old email settings back. This was not a good idea for AOL to change on us even though we didn't ask for the change.

  19. separate old and new mail as it used to be

    do not like old and new mail mixed .I used to hold some notices til i could take care of them and then i would delete them . Now i can't find them wish i had been told of changes.
