    BRING BACK AOL SEARCH, WHO DECIDED TO RANDOMLY GO TO YAHOO THAT DOESN'T SEND YOU TO THE LEGIT ITEM OR ADDRESS YOU PUT IN. JUST RANDON, FAKE SITES.

  2. AOL desktoop gold is not resnding quickly. It takes time for the page to load andsometimes it routes to

    AOL Desktop Gold is not responding quickly, it takes a long time to open up a page sometimes. It also routes to a totally different page even though you clicked on the right thing. Pease have it check.

  7. Aol Calendar is not working as before. The new format makes it harder to input the info I want to show on the top line. Also I must change

    AOL calendar's new format is hard to navigate and takes more time. Not user friendly like the old one. If possible please change back! Top line was available for more detail by simply typing. Now I must go through addition steps to complete the task! Please change back if possible

    i have called service. All address contacts are not showing up. Service did not help. Why am I responding here when it states that this is not monitored for support issues. This is not a solution.

    The What's New page shows "March Update #1 - 3/16/2026 (Version 11.1.5071)" as the latest update. I have received two update since then. Please update the What's New page so we can see what has changed since the middle of March. Thanks.

    Successfully changed the mail scroll bar color to orange, but the selected mail still stays dark blue making it very difficult to read. Hoe do I switch back to light blue for both the scroll bar as well as the selection of mail?

    Before it doesn't highlight the email I clicked on.
    and now i was highlighted in "blue".
    Kindly revert the changes as it's hard to check email.

  16. something broken between AOL Desktop Gold and Facebook

    In the past few days when I go to Facebook from inside my AOL software, I type in my email and password and the reCAPTCHA comes up and takes me through all kinds of loops before it says "try again". For 17 times!!! When it finally does accept what I'm doing, it takes me right back to the Facebook login screen and when I reinput the info, I'm sent right back to the reCAPTCHA. Is that something broken on the AOL side or the FACEBOOK side? If I come out of AOL and go in straight from Edge, I get…

  19. Need Help Setting The Privacy Option in My AOL Account

    On my Dell EBT 2250 PC using the Windows 11 operating system, I am not able to change the privacy options in my AOL account. Whenever I try to change any one of the options, I always get the error message " Oh No ... we are not able to process this request" I have gone into my AOL account using the myaccount.AOL com numerous times in order to change the privacy settings. I have tried to do this using the FireFox, Edge, and Opera browsers with and without my malware/virus protection programs turned
    on. I have also power cycled…

    And going to SETTING and clicking "Auto-Suggest...." leads to NO OPTIONs to turn auto-suggest on.! ???
