5. missing email that shows up 7 hours after it's sent and shown to supposedly in mailbox

   what the "harry"...You say I have mail, it's shows on the icon 1 but yet it doesn't show under new mail. sign off, sign on but still no mail...7 hours LATER it shows UP so I can read a message send 7 hours ago! For this I pay a fee ever month! Half the time I don't get "You've got mail" except at first sign on then crickets, even for new mail once the mail is read! Honestly AOL GETS WORSE ever time there is a new update! This keeps up after 20 some years it's bye bye AOL and HELLO to another carrier.

6. Still the same problems after update

   Still getting Not Responding after your update this past week. Still having lag time in opening emails and when they're loading. When deleted list of SPAM and deleted emails appear for permanent deletion, shaded lines appear before everything is loaded/appears. there is also lag time and not instant like it use to be. Ads still appear in my main email...why am i paying for GOLD??? You said to report a bug and I did but I'm sure other people are still having these problems as well. TEST BEFORE RELEASE!!!

10. I can not change the privacy controls on the dashboard

    I can not change the privacy controls on the dashboard no matter if I change browsers, turn off the VPN, etc. It says "OH NO Were were unable to process your request. START OVER.

    Crazy, I've tried it through the desktop and mail.aol.com as well. Nothing works. I called into the helpline and spent forever talking with them about it. This was their best suggestion to submit feedback. PLEASE FIX!

12. aol desktop gold, contacts, address book

    When I delete a contact, it goes back to the top of the list. This is not ideal when deleting multiple contacts since I need to scroll down every time I want to delete a new contact.
    I worked with AOL tech support and they said that this feature is not available. I think it will be better to have an option in the future to select multiple contacts that we want to delete (same as we do on emails).

Because of an enticing ad viewed on AOL's sign in screen, I ordered on 12/2 2025 a few items worth about $75 charged to my credit card that same day. Despite my many efforts to contact them, the goods never arrived. Turns out the site, VERXEN, is a complete scam according to this website: https://malwaretips.com/blogs/verxen-com-scam-store/ - "Here is the evidence indicating this is a fraudulent website:

    1. The "Bait and Switch" Products The specific items in your screenshot—"Catitude Quilted Tote Bag" and "Whimsical Sheep Quilted Tote Bag"—are notorious in online scam networks.
    2. The Promise: The ads show beautiful, 3D-textured, high-quality quilted or embroidered bags (often using stolen photos from legitimate artists).
    3. The Reality: If the items arrive at all, customers report receiving cheap polyester bags with a blurry photograph of a quilt printed on them. There is no actual stitching, embroidery, or quilting. They are flat, low-quality knockoffs. PLEASE enhance your security: I pay a monthly fee for AOL Gold and do NOT expect that product to lead me to a fake vendor, thereby costing me money and MUCH frustration! Susan H. Magnuson

16. Why can't I use my finger print to sign in on AOL?

    I use my fingerprint to sign in on Microsoft, my computer, and Google on this computer. This makes AOL outdated and almost useless in the fight against spammers and information thieves.

    I have started using Google for my important mail. People send me mail to AOL, and I never receive it.
    It's time for AOL to step into the Biometric era. Passwords are archaic.

17. How do you transfer browser saved passwords to a new PC? Export does not do it.

    Transferring Browser passwords to new computer. Need to find a way to copy/transfer AOL Browser passwords (saved in settings-browser-passwords) to a new PC. Used a Laplink PCmover program (with ethernet cable) to transfer most of my Win 10 PC to a new Win 11 PC. Program seemed to work OK, The only thing I noticed at 1st was that ALL my saved passwords for all my Favorites site were not in the Settings-Browser-Password area. (and I must have 50-75 or more saved and still on my old PC) How do I get them transferred?
    
    UNDER older export processes it use to show that passwords were possibly copied into the export file along with other user files; but NOW, current Export processes do not show that passwords will be copied and saved into that export file on a flash drive.
    I am not computer literate or an expert by no means. It just does not seem fully logical that there is no way to process a transfer of these passwords to a new PC without having to type in and try to log into almost hundreds of sites on my new PC to try to save all these passwords again in the AOL Settings files.

    If there is a way, and I'm just not seeing it, I would greatly appreciate any Positive Help.

    I have utilized AOL Help Tech Support (3 different techs for several hours on remote support) and they have not been able to find me a work around.
    I can't believe that after AOL has been around for what 20+years, that there is no possible way to do this.

    Please Help This to me is a Major problem at this time.
    I have changed PCs before and this seems to be the only time that I have had this problem. I am an old time user of AOL , people laugh at me, but I am very comfortable with it.
