  11. Generate app password Not working!!!

    Generate app password not working. Simple fix! Leave AOL. If this was an issue AOL cared about they would NOT alow it to malfunction for so long.
    After being foolish enought to actuily think paid support would be helpful in resolving this issue I learned they did not even know it was not available anymore.
    It has finally become clear to me, the hassle of not having this feature is greater than the hassle of changing my email address to another carrier.

  15. I am very dissapointed in your service. I have been with AOL for many years and now that your shortcut isn't working I am told i need to pay

    I am suddenly unable to use of tne of the aol features- I am getting an error message. something is broken on aol and I would like it fixed. I have been a long standing customer for many years and now when I need help you want me to pay for fixing your short cut.
