  1. You sent out messages that might as well have been in a foreign language. I guess I will have to see what happens at the end of October.

    We're not all Computer savy. I can drive my car, but I can't begin to understand how to change oil, sparkplugs, brake fluid, etc. Think about it! I've stayed with AOL since the 90's, and have even paid for access all these years, even though I've been told by others I'm wasting my money. I've paid thinking you would take care of changes etc.

  3. Explain choices provided by AOL to assist customers "problem solve" an issue.

    I received an email informing me that my email may need authenticating. For those of us who don't understand what that means, it would be helpful for AOL to provide some selections or drop downs that I can select for an explanation or clarification of what I need to do. It doesn't help to offer me choices if I don't understand which choice (potential remedy) is applicable to my specific issue.     I have had this account since aol was founded. Now I am considering moving to another provider. This decision, on your part, is absurd and problematic. I already get laughed at for maintaining my aol account, so your decision is to make it worse?

  8. I cant believe that you could not, no would not help my son upgrade his new cell number so he could reset his password UNLESS we PAID!

    UNLESS YOUR IN THE BUSINESS OF LOSING CUSTOMERS YOU NEED TO LOOK AT YOUR POLICIES! I LEFT AOL PAID CUSTOMER BECAUSE YOU KEPT CHANGING AND CHANGING THINGS AND YOU LOST SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION I NEEDED AND YOU ASSURED ME YOU WOULD RECOVER IT AND NEVER DID. SHAME ON YOU

  9. Allow for bulk deletion of old emails such as by dates, year or number

    Many of us have lots of old emails in our inbox (eg 20,000) . There needs to be a method of clearing out old emails either by year or by a date range . It is too tedious to delete old emails one at a time

  10. People complain about your security part! Correspondence do NOT go through. I already gave up with Skype. There is more programs and better

    Stop security non-sense. Only if requested.
    I stopped use Skype and recently gave up.
    There is more better programs than yours.

  12. Do you ever think it would be possible to actually get to a website when searching instead of going page to page to page.

    Open up a particular website and you have 10 other site possibilities show up on the next page. Open one of those and your have more websites. Open one of those and you have more. You just never get to any usable website. You could easily spend an hour or more opening website after website that just yields more pages of websites.
    It is truly an exhausting experience trying to get anywhere.

  14. Allow the "From" button work to alphabetize emails

    I was always able to keep my emails down to a manageable number because it was easy to delete emails once they are alphabetized. Now the From button does nothing.

    It is real simple provide a simple to find email address to email AOL about not being able to log in to AOL instead of requiring a person that cant log into AOL to log in to AOL or sit on hold for now at 18 and counting minutes listening to annoying chirpy music and a recorded voice apologizing.
