File Downloading from a Specific Website
Cannot download a file from mytrs.texas.gov. his is the first time it happened. Everytime I tried to download a file from this website, there's an error message pop-up. Error: Your pop-up blocker is enabled and may be preventing this document from opening. Please review your browser settings to disable the pop-up blocker. AOL agents already tried to look into it, but it seems like the option to remove the blocker is not available at this moment

column width
Requesting a feature suggested in 2021. The "Save Window SIze and Position" for the Mailbox window should also save the column widths.
The "Save Window Size and Position" should also save the column widths in the Mailbox window. Every time I select "Read" to open the Mailbox, I have to make the "My Mail Folders" column wider to fit all my folder names, and I have to make the "From" column wider to see more of the email addresses. I am not receiving any images within my emails in 2025. What happened?? Please fix this. I need those images to come through
It appears that AOL is investigating the issue but nothing has changed. I need images to come through in my emails.

KEEP BROWSER MINIMIZED
Upon opening AOL Desktop Gold I was able to have a minimized browser so the whole program did not take up the whole screen. However, currently when I go to open the program, the whole screen is maximized and I have to also manually open up my mail. Whereas, before the mail would automatically open up within the minimized browser. Need help fixing this

Please, please return our full image-edit features in AOL Desktop Gold email that we had last yr 2024. Please! Can you do that???

PFC Import of old emails shows the date of 1/1/0001
When I import a PFC with older emails, the ones older than the year 2000 or so all come in with a date of 1/1/0001. I called about this years ago and it still does the same thing. Please can this be fixed so I can get my emails back correctly????

I like how AOL Gold just up and stops working!
I like how AOL Gold just up and stops working and then presents a screen window that merely says "AOL HAS STOPPED WORKING" and then closes the program and says nothing else. I know AOL Gold is a junk, dumb program but just shutting off and collapsing is pretty stupid. All the while AOL takes your money. Sick.

Browser tabs load in reverse sequence from prior session. I have 7 open tabs,
I have 7 open tabs. When I sign off and restart the 7 tabs load up in reverse order from the prior session.

Way when deleting a name from my address book does it always go back to the top of the list instead of staying right where I am?

Saved Passwords, image editor
If AOL actually wants to improve, then make "Saved Passwords" show up in my saved passwords list consistently. Also please restore the AOL-Mail image editor to what it was just months ago, please.
