    And going to SETTING and clicking "Auto-Suggest...." leads to NO OPTIONs to turn auto-suggest on.! ???

  2. Afraid to update and see what's been screwed up that was working fine before the update

    I am leery every time there is a new update anymore. Every time there is one it screws something that worked up. My email has been horrible with lag in opening, send a response, typing sentences since the last 2 updates. I am also so tired of seeing "AOL NOT RESPONDING: as I watch a blue circle spinning, see the "loading" little dots spinning. $17 plus a month for aggravation that is soon going to be cancelled, like you guys really seem to care less about. It's not my internet connect, have no issues with EDGE only AOL. Forget about…

    WTH IS WRONG WITH YOU, AOL? My good emails are getting sent to "deleted" and my SPAM box is FILLED with disgusting **** ****! Are you so lacking in skilled staff that they can't weed those out entirely????!!! Additionally, I'm suddenly getting SWAMPED with SPAM every single day. I've been with AOL since the 90s and this is the WORST it has EVER been. Pages take WAY too long to load and the price of what passes for the "Gold" experience keeps going up as the quality of service is TANKING. Maybe hire some qualified staff and actually PAY ATTENTION…

    The text on he app is broken up,the contrast and coloration are very bad nd the texts are almost unreadable and the secure search option isn't turning off even trough the option was set to off

    When I access my Facebook on AOL Gold I get tied up in the captcha loop that will take me back to sign in and then another captcha loop. Somehow AOL Gold lost my sign in info for facebook. It only works it we do it manually.

    Are We ever going to get YGM sound back? Your tech people must not be to smart not to be able to fix 1 simple problem. We are paying for that service and not getting Our monies worth. At least tell AOL members if We are going to get it back or NOT. My next step to to contact AOL HQ's.

  12. Fix authentication issues on multiple websites (Browser Support Issue?)

    Authentication is failing on multiple sites through the built-in browser in AOL Desktop Gold. We confirmed that authentication was working in another web browser (Edge) using the same credentials on the same machine on the same day (ruling out bad credentials, bad machine settings, and possible website outages). It seemed to be somewhat random, in that some sites would authenticate and some wouldn't.

    We tried fully uninstalling and re-installing the app, as well as clearing footprints. Unsure if this is related to your implementation of CefSharp or how it's configured. I really can't provide any more information since the built-in…

  14. AOL NOT RESPONDING!

    i AM GETTING REALLY SICK AND TIRED OF READING "AOL NOT RESPONDING" and watching a blue circle spin and little dots around as I look at "loading"! Click on mail and 10-15 to load, then another 20 second to after hitting respond for it show up so I can respond~ Every update seems to make things worse.

    Get some TECH people in that know what they are doing and correct the issues

  17. Why can't AOL Gold keep up with my chosen Browser when I play a Game?

    I use Google Chrome for my active browser whether it be on AOL Gold or when working with another program. My current Chrome browser is up to date according to Google and on my Desk Top, using Windows 11. The problem is when AI go to "Games" on the tool bar, and attempt to play any of the games which are sub let to Masque LLC, it tells me that my "Browser is at 144, and I can ignore or update", the trouble is my Browser is already updated to 148, but for some reason AOL is refusing to note…

    Every time I fix my location on AOL homepage it reverts back to Quincy WA. I don't live there! NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL. WHY WONT IT STAY AT MY LOCATION??? I've tried previous suggestions and it does not work.
