AOL software stopped working completely on 6/30/2026 on 3 apple device and one Windows 11 device, what the heck is going on at AOL?
Could not access email or anything else, deleted software on each device multiple times and re installed with AOL software from Apple App Store, 1 device still not working correctly and cannot access Apple Cash on my wife's IPhone and of course will never work on the new IPad. What in the world has happened to AOL? Should we immediately switch to gmail? Please advise ASAP

Auto-suggest email addresses has not been working for long time. Re-starting AOL doesn't help.

And going to SETTING and clicking "Auto-Suggest...." leads to NO OPTIONs to turn auto-suggest on.! ???Please let us know you are actively working on a fix.

Is AOL dead?
I'm still an AOL Beta tester and we have received a couple of new builds.
No Blogs are posted about Fixes or New. Emails to my contact are going
unanswered.
I got a new PC so had to reinstall AOL and this Yahoo Search is totally useless!

addressbook is gone
i have called service. All address contacts are not showing up. Service did not help. Why am I responding here when it states that this is not monitored for support issues. This is not a solution.

My mail sender block list which holds up to 1000 address keeps getting deleted. It is a good tool when it works.
Not a new idea just fix the old one. "Block mail from addresses I specify"

Don't ask about Fingerprint sign on EVERY SINGLE TIME
Why does it ask if I want to use Fingerprint EVERY time I log on? Once a month is all I need. But multiple times a day is not good.

Need to change multiple settings which are are not available in software
I get news from the UK especially "Guardian" I rarely get american news feeds. We need a method to change news feeds, not just language. I use AOL desktop gold. Also how can we change temparture from Celius to Farenheit

Save Column Widths
While this is not a new idea, I tough a new appeal might draw attention to it. On the default AOL Desktop screen are “My Mail Folders” on the left and individual emails under “Date”, “From”, and “Subject” headings on the right. I can adjust the width of the “My Mail Folder” area. I can adjust the width of the three email headings. If I switch between the “Inbox”, “New”, “Old”, and “Sent” tabs, the widths remain. Browser context menu
Just a suggestion for the context menu in the browser when you select a text. For the search menu for the selected text, the context menu currently shows "Search on [selected text]" "Dictionary Search on [selected text]" and "Video Search on [selected text]".
It confused me at first, because this isn't what we would say when selecting searching. We would search for something, not search on something. So I am providing feedback to change the context menu to show "Search for [selected text]" "Dictionary Search for [selected text]" and "Video Search for [selected text]".

changed color
Successfully changed the mail scroll bar color to orange, but the selected mail still stays dark blue making it very difficult to read. Hoe do I switch back to light blue for both the scroll bar as well as the selection of mail?

Before it doesn't highlight the email I clicked on.
and now i was highlighted in "blue".

I have been a loyal aol subscriber since it was created the new search engine is horrible I am contemplating cancelling my subscription .
give me a search engine that takes me to a website for the company I'm looking for not some that offers coupons or a store that sells their products . I've had times I searched for the actual website and haven't found after opening several pages. I'm paying $32 for a useless search engine.

Need Help Setting The Privacy Option in My AOL Account
On my Dell EBT 2250 PC using the Windows 11 operating system, I am not able to change the privacy options in my AOL account. Whenever I try to change any one of the options, I always get the error message " Oh No ... we are not able to process this request" I have gone into my AOL account using the myaccount.AOL com numerous times in order to change the privacy settings. Congratulations
I now have a price increase. Along with that I am not getting 100 SPAM emails a day any more but, I am getting some email addresses that are NOT SPAM placed in the SPAM file. Just what one would expect for a price increase. As usual,, the software people show how hey fix one thing and create 5 new issues. For this, I will pay more for this service.
