Add checkboxes in mailbox
It would be great if you could add the OPTION to enable checkboxes for messages in the mailbox. This way when enabled we don't need to hold down the control key to select multiple messages

AOL software stopped working completely on 6/30/2026 on 3 apple device and one Windows 11 device, what the heck is going on at AOL?
Could not access email or anything else, deleted software on each device multiple times and re installed with AOL software from Apple App Store, 1 device still not working correctly and cannot access Apple Cash on my wife's IPhone and of course will never work on the new IPad. What in the world has happened to AOL? Should we immediately switch to gmail? Please advise ASAP

Can't print from AOL mail!!!!!!
Over the past few days, I'm unable to print from AOL mail. On Monday, I even had a tech uninstall and reinstall AOL Gold to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem??? Please advise. Thanks.

Please stop the animated ads at the side when viewing each new mail....VERY distracting .....Not to mention --aggravating.....

The featured articles in the homepage were unable to pause in order for me to read the specific article. Pause button is not showing.

Auto-suggest email addresses has not been working for long time. Re-starting AOL doesn't help.

And going to SETTING and clicking "Auto-Suggest...." leads to NO OPTIONs to turn auto-suggest on.! ???Please let us know you are actively working on a fix.

Possible scam advertisors
On 08/01/26 I placed an order with CostCrow for 2 boxes of Christmas Glasses. They charged my CC $242.04.
I have tried to make contact several times to get a delivery date, but neither of their 2 email contact links work, as I get bounce backs that they are not available. (Servis@costcrow.com & contact@costcrow.com).
In doing a Google search, the company is ranked as very risky - almost a scam. I assumed that AOL did some vetting on advertisers. Any help here, or do I just boycott all AOL advertisers?

Is AOL dead?
I'm still an AOL Beta tester and we have received a couple of new builds.
No Blogs are posted about Fixes or New. Emails to my contact are going
unanswered.
I got a new PC so had to reinstall AOL and this Yahoo Search is totally useless!

addressbook is gone
i have called service. All address contacts are not showing up. Service did not help. Why am I responding here when it states that this is not monitored for support issues. This is not a solution.
