    On AOL Desktop Gold before i could only see tsubject and the sender , now i can als see from the preview the content of the email as well. i don't like that, the old lay out was better

  3. My mail sender block list which holds up to 1000 address keeps getting deleted. It is a good tool when it works.

    Not a new idea just fix the old one. "Block mail from addresses I specify"

  4. lost contact list

    I no longer have access to all of my phone numbers on my contact list.. When we tried to visit mail.aol.com phone number are not showing but when we tried on basic.mail.aol.com the phone numbers are showing. It's been 2weeks.

  5. Need to change multiple settings which are are not available in software

    I get news from the UK especially "Guardian" I rarely get american news feeds. We need a method to change news feeds, not just language. I use AOL desktop gold. Also how can we change temparture from Celius to Farenheit

  9. Plz stop showing the AOL PASSKEY ADVERTISEMENT, which shows up after I've keyed in my password.

    Once I've entered my password, I repeatedly get an AOL popup ad for passkey, where I can use a number for my password, or my fingerprint. I am NOT INTERESTED and it's a nuisance to me.

    Bring AOL Back to the Desktop with an AOL Linux Operating System

    I would like to suggest that AOL explore creating an official AOL-branded Linux desktop operating system.

    AOL has a long history of bringing the Internet to everyday computer users. I believe there is an opportunity to bring that same philosophy into the modern Linux desktop market.

    The concept would be an easy-to-use Linux operating system based on Debian or Fedora, customized and branded by AOL. It could provide users with a simple, familiar desktop experience while integrating AOL services directly into the operating system.

    It would be easier workflow to have the New Tab button directly after the furthest existing tab, for example, if there are two tabs open, the New Tab button would be directly after the second tab. Or one tab open, the New Tab button would be directly after that one tab. Instead of having the New Tab button all the way to the right, away from the tabs.

    While this is not a new idea, I tough a new appeal might draw attention to it. On the default AOL Desktop screen are “My Mail Folders” on the left and individual emails under “Date”, “From”, and “Subject” headings on the right. I can adjust the width of the “My Mail Folder” area. I can adjust the width of the three email headings. If I switch between the “Inbox”, “New”, “Old”, and “Sent” tabs, the widths remain.     When using AOL Desktop Gold and trying to access the palmbeachpost.com website after a cache/cookie clear, I get the following error : "There was an error signing you in. Please try again or choose another sign-in method. Code RCPTA:3"

    I've already gotten in contact with the website's support already but didn't receive a proper answer.
