Add an Update Password Feature
The convenience of the Password saving feature is marred by our inability to change the password when necessary. I just got an alert about a Google data breach and had to change that password. AOL refuses to allow the change in the Browsers' Password manager's box. Data breeches are now almost a monthly event, so this feature would be a great addition.

32nd rankedWe have fully investigated this issue and can not figure out what exactly is causing it. Please supply more information about what sounds specifically are sounding distorted. Does this happen in other applications?

bring back the hover animations from version 9.0 optimized
AOL desktop gold still looks and feels like 9.0 optimized from 2003 however, there are no hover over animations like in the 2003 version, that would be a nice aesthetic touch! also provide a toggle within settings to give users the option to turn it off it they don't like it. I can provide examples if needed lol :)

Out going emails
When building an outgoing email every time I click in a different spot the email jumps, also if I delete one address in the address bar the remainder jumps to the end. WHY? Please find a way to make them remain still until I send!

AOL adding an unremoveable header/footer to a composed body email during printing!
How to delete auto-printing of Date, Subject, To and From when printing emails! I have copied and pasted into a blank composed email for 30 years. NEVER have these AOL auto headers/footers appeared until last week! In print preview, I've always turned off headers/footers and I would be able to print just the body of the email I composed. I still turn those printers options off but now AOL has attached these titles (Subject, Date, To and From) when I'm simply printing an email that I'm not even sending to anyone! Please explain the logic for having a delete all button on the spam folder but not on the recently deleted folder.
If I hit the delete all button to delete all messages in the Spam folder, they are placed in the Recently Deleted folder. Logic tells me there should be a delete all button on this folder as well.

Restore feature
AOL should have a restore feature to reopen the tabs that were being used after it crashes or shuts down.

2 factor authentication issues
AOL recently added 2 factor authentication for my account. My first option is getting a code sent to another AOL email - if I leave my primary email to get code in other email, how do I get back to my primary?
Second option - get code on What's App - but I never go to that app and don't know how to.
Third option - click other options & then I can choose a text or phone call to my cell phone. Why are you making it so complicated? Why not just send text to my cell phone to…71st ranked -
My mail sender block list which holds up to 1000 address keeps getting deleted. It is a good tool when it works.
Not a new idea just fix the old one. "Block mail from addresses I specify"

Please add a "Delete All" to the recently deleted mail folder. Please don't respond with using the CTRL key.
I receive on average 30 to 40 items of spam mail daily. Using the Ctrl key is a pain in the Azz.

What's New page not being Kept Up to Date
The What's New page shows "March Update #1 - 3/16/2026 (Version 11.1.5071)" as the latest update. I have received two update since then. Please update the What's New page so we can see what has changed since the middle of March. Thanks.

Unable to update. Every time I go on the message comes on to update. when i press ok nothing happens. message comes up every time I log on.
