  4. What a piece of **** AOL desktop gold is . Nothing works correctly on this ,and this company does not care they just want to collect money .

    THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A COMPANY GOES WOKE AND HIRES INCOMPETENT IDIOTS. AOL SUCKS ,AOL GOLD DESKTOP NOTHING WORKS CORRECTLY .HOW DOES A COMPANY CONTINUE TO PUT OUT **** PRODUCTS AND GET NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS WITH NO IMPROVEMENT TO FIX PROBLEMS.

  7. How can I disable the new auto bulleting feature? Whether I use numbers or dashes, auto indent with bullets pops up. Grrr! Hate it!

    How can I disable your new auto bulleting? I want to organize my emails my way, not how some AOL person thinks is good. Quit messing with stuff.

  10. Browser tabs load in reverse sequence from prior session. I have 7 open tabs,

    I have 7 open tabs. When I sign off and restart the 7 tabs load up in reverse order from the prior session.

    after typingand adds what in typing in the message line. i then have to go to subject line and back space out bD subject line in email the curser self moves
    EXAMPLE RIGHT HERE SELF MOVING NOT WHAT I TYPED
    curser self moving and puts itself into what your typing and screws up

  13. AOL adding an unremoveable header/footer to a composed body email during printing!

    How to delete auto-printing of Date, Subject, To and From when printing emails!  I have copied and pasted into a blank composed email for 30 years.  NEVER have these AOL auto headers/footers appeared until last week!  In print preview, I've always turned off headers/footers and I would be able to print just the body of the email I composed.  I  still turn those printers options off but now AOL has attached these titles (Subject, Date, To and From) when I'm simply printing an email that I'm not even sending to anyone!  My AOL address is autoprinting at the top of…

  14. Can't print images in email without downloading??

    I'm still paying for a "Gold" subscription, but I'm beginning to wonder why. What happened to hte "KISS" principle that made AOL great? Everything that used to be easy, now requires "workarounds" to accomplish.

  15. The rolling news ribbon on the Welcome screen no longer has a pause selection.

    The rolling news stories on the welcome page used to have a pause selection where you could stop the news from advancing to the next topic. Shouldn't be difficult to restore it. Just curious why it was removed.

  16. Please change Desktop Gold so that I can clear All my browsing history including anything from AOL

    I believe in the "If its not broke...do not fix it" so my idea is for your engineering techs to take it back to what it was so that when I want to clear my browsing history everything goes away. I delete it by going to Settings then Privacy and then clear footprints and it ask for me to clear foot prints now. Up until a few days ago when I did this there would be nothing left in the search bar. Now there are 5 things there that are all aol and no matter what I do they will…

    The items you are seeing are actually being populated from your favorite places items. We received a lot of feedback from users that wanted to see the URL bar suggest items from users favorite places when they were typing. 


    That said, we understand the confusion of being able to see items in your browser URL drop down list after you have cleared your browser history, so we are making steps to correct this in a future release so that after you clear your browser history, you will no longer see any items in the URL drop down list.

  20. system unresponsive and the e-mail inbox window does not refresh after overlayed with another window

    After I login to AOL Desktop gold the AOL system is hanging and unresponsive for about 30 seconds before it becomes responsive again. Also when I click on read e-mail the AOL desktop system becomes unresponsive again and hangs for about 30 seconds before email displays. It does not appear the e-mail has been refreshed. ALso when I open an email to view the contents and then close the email, the email inbox listing screen contents is wiped and not refreshed automatically after it is overlayed with another window.
