"Subscription Required" Pop-Up/ I May just be mistaken?
Ok, So, Hello I'm new here. And I thought that the Beta program for AOL Desktop Gold was free to test/preview. And so i went to the beta website and I downloaded the latest version, I DID NOT DOWNLOAD FROM THE AOL WEBSITE!!!! Now, I have not a clue what the culprit is here!!! If any of you have an idea or solution, don't be afraid to reply!!!!!!!

AOL Desktop Gold website issues in the built-in browser
When using AOL Desktop Gold and trying to access the palmbeachpost.com website after a cache/cookie clear, I get the following error : "There was an error signing you in. Please try again or choose another sign-in method. Code RCPTA:3"
I've already gotten in contact with the website's support already but didn't receive a proper answer.

mail filters should not allow duplicate entries & should sort by filter name
8-3-26, mail filters should not allow duplicate entries & should sort by filter name & move to. Allow sort for move to so that UNKNOWN can be grouped & changed to RECENTLY. Just accidently saw this change that I was not ware of happening.

Browser context menu
Just a suggestion for the context menu in the browser when you select a text. For the search menu for the selected text, the context menu currently shows "Search on [selected text]" "Dictionary Search on [selected text]" and "Video Search on [selected text]".
It confused me at first, because this isn't what we would say when selecting searching. We would search for something, not search on something. So I am providing feedback to change the context menu to show "Search for [selected text]" "Dictionary Search for [selected text]" and "Video Search for [selected text]".

I have been a loyal aol subscriber since it was created the new search engine is horrible I am contemplating cancelling my subscription .
give me a search engine that takes me to a website for the company I'm looking for not some that offers coupons or a store that sells their products . I've had times I searched for the actual website and haven't found after opening several pages. I'm paying $32 for a useless search engine.

I need to delete email suggestions , I was on the phone with tech support and we could not resolver the issue
I need to be able to delete email suggestions for accounts I previously emailed. For instance they are not contacts but show up everytime I start searching. I do not want these TOP suggestions on my browser and there is no way to DELETE them. I was on the phone with Tech support and they suggested I send feedback. Please help.

Congratulations
I now have a price increase. Along with that I am not getting 100 SPAM emails a day any more but, I am getting some email addresses that are NOT SPAM placed in the SPAM file. Just what one would expect for a price increase. As usual,, the software people show how hey fix one thing and create 5 new issues. For this, I will pay more for this service.

The problem with AOL Gold opening I am begining to suspect is AOL over subscribing and the site crashing rather than a tech issue!!!
I am beginning to suspect the problems everyone is having in opening AOL Gold is due to AOL over subscribing their capacity and the site freezing at times!!!!!!!!!!
It would explain why AOL Tech has no Answers for the problem; they know what it is!
