i have called service. All address contacts are not showing up. Service did not help. Why am I responding here when it states that this is not monitored for support issues. This is not a solution.

Reporting Violations and Muting Trolls
For over a year, I've reported and complained about blatant violations of your Community Guidelines along with the inability to permanently mute apparent paid and/or alleged AOL employee trolls. One would expect if a violation is reported to receive notification whether or not it was approved or disapproved, but that doesn't happen. Further, there are trolls that post obvious lies and propaganda and beyond never getting an answer to violations, I never get an email or bell icon notification of their replies which leads me to believe these people are being protected. I'm unable to mute these people-even after muting…

Are We ever going to get YGM sound back? Your tech people must not be to smart not to be able to fix 1 simple problem. We are paying for that service and not getting Our monies worth. At least tell AOL members if We are going to get it back or NOT. My next step to to contact AOL HQ's.

Fix authentication issues on multiple websites (Browser Support Issue?)
Authentication is failing on multiple sites through the built-in browser in AOL Desktop Gold. We confirmed that authentication was working in another web browser (Edge) using the same credentials on the same machine on the same day (ruling out bad credentials, bad machine settings, and possible website outages). It seemed to be somewhat random, in that some sites would authenticate and some wouldn't.
We tried fully uninstalling and re-installing the app, as well as clearing footprints. Unsure if this is related to your implementation of CefSharp or how it's configured. I really can't provide any more information since the built-in…

No longer getting "Underliverable" alerts when email address mistyped. Why? Please fix. Tech Support witnessed it.
Please send "undeliverable" alerts when an email address has been mistyped. That's How I know my email did not get delivered and I can correct the error and resend. Why was this alert removed? PLEASE FIX IT! IT'S CRITICAL TO ME.

changed color
Successfully changed the mail scroll bar color to orange, but the selected mail still stays dark blue making it very difficult to read. Hoe do I switch back to light blue for both the scroll bar as well as the selection of mail?

Before it doesn't highlight the email I clicked on.
and now i was highlighted in "blue".
