AOL software stopped working completely on 6/30/2026 on 3 apple device and one Windows 11 device, what the heck is going on at AOL?
Could not access email or anything else, deleted software on each device multiple times and re installed with AOL software from Apple App Store, 1 device still not working correctly and cannot access Apple Cash on my wife's IPhone and of course will never work on the new IPad. What in the world has happened to AOL? Should we immediately switch to gmail? Please advise ASAP

On AOL Desktop Gold before i could only see tsubject and the sender , now i can als see from the preview the content of the email as well. i don't like that, the old lay out was better

Aol Calendar is not working as before. The new format makes it harder to input the info I want to show on the top line. Also I must change
AOL calendar's new format is hard to navigate and takes more time. Not user friendly like the old one. If possible please change back! Top line was available for more detail by simply typing. Now I must go through addition steps to complete the task! Please change back if possible

When I access my Facebook on AOL Gold I get tied up in the captcha loop that will take me back to sign in and then another captcha loop. Somehow AOL Gold lost my sign in info for facebook. It only works it we do it manually.

Is AOL dead?
I'm still an AOL Beta tester and we have received a couple of new builds.
No Blogs are posted about Fixes or New. Emails to my contact are going
unanswered.
I got a new PC so had to reinstall AOL and this Yahoo Search is totally useless!

My mail sender block list which holds up to 1000 address keeps getting deleted. It is a good tool when it works.
Not a new idea just fix the old one. "Block mail from addresses I specify"

Need Help Setting The Privacy Option in My AOL Account
On my Dell EBT 2250 PC using the Windows 11 operating system, I am not able to change the privacy options in my AOL account. Whenever I try to change any one of the options, I always get the error message " Oh No ... we are not able to process this request" I have gone into my AOL account using the myaccount.AOL com numerous times in order to change the privacy settings. I have tried to do this using the FireFox, Edge, and Opera browsers with and without my malware/virus protection programs turned

Reporting Violations and Muting Trolls
For over a year, I've reported and complained about blatant violations of your Community Guidelines along with the inability to permanently mute apparent paid and/or alleged AOL employee trolls. One would expect if a violation is reported to receive notification whether or not it was approved or disapproved, but that doesn't happen. Further, there are trolls that post obvious lies and propaganda and beyond never getting an answer to violations, I never get an email or bell icon notification of their replies which leads me to believe these people are being protected. changed color
Successfully changed the mail scroll bar color to orange, but the selected mail still stays dark blue making it very difficult to read. Hoe do I switch back to light blue for both the scroll bar as well as the selection of mail?

Facilitate transfer of AOL files to other devices
I have been trying in many ways to copy folders and files I saved on AOL My PC and place them as backup in a folder of Documents in my Desktop computer but I have not succeed. I call Costumer Services for assistance, after trying with the assistant we were not able to have results and he said that Gold AOL do not permit to do it. I am really disappointed to know that always will have to depend on the AOL platform to access many old files. I want to know if AOL can give me option to provide…

39th rankedWe are investigating this issue. The new spell check uses Microsoft's library for spelling. We have reached out to them to find out if there are solutions for capital letters within spell check.

Add an Update Password Feature
The convenience of the Password saving feature is marred by our inability to change the password when necessary. I just got an alert about a Google data breach and had to change that password. AOL refuses to allow the change in the Browsers' Password manager's box. Data breeches are now almost a monthly event, so this feature would be a great addition.
