  6. Slide shows and other click bait should be clearly marked as to source.

Today (October 21,2021, 5 a.m. ET) there was an article in one of your Welcome boxes titled "McDonald's worker called cops. . ." There was no indication as to the source of the article (Maternity Week; Taco Relish, 'Sponsored by', and other click-bait indicators), and it otherwise looked like current news. I clicked on it and it was a 'slideshow' (i.e.,click-bait). I hope this was just an innocent failure-to-label mistake, and not a reversion by AOL to once again becoming click-bait central.

  7. BLOCKING USER NAMES AS WELL AS DOMAINS

I get so annoyed and so impatient with constantly getting spam
And they gotten clever so what they do is they use the same username with different domains and this is what you must come back you must stay ahead of this

Earthling came up with a good idea that if you're sending an person an email two Earthling you get a message saying that you must enter the three digit code in order for your mail to go through which I thought was a very good idea

Or you can have it to where that only you can block…

  8. PLEASE REMOVE THE AOL ADDED MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK 4.8 POPUP FROM MY COMPUTER

AOL PAYING CUSTOMER FEEDBACK 10-18-21 :

PLEASE REMOVE THE MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK 4.8 POPUP FROM MY COMPUTER

Can you remove and/or tell me how to remove the MICROSOFT.NET FRAMEWORK 4.8 popup AOL placed on my computer? It deactivates all forward progress unless closed or canceled and is really invasive. Thanks.

    AOL TECH RESPONSE:
I understand this looks invasive, but .NET Framework is a Microsoft component and it has to be updated regularly for other programs to work properly, not just AOL Desktop Gold. You can continue to cancel or close the window, but at some point, you will need to update this specific component…

  10. Allow MOVE an email between: Inbox, Drafts, Deleted, Sent or Spam

On my smartphone or tablet AOL APP: I can move an email from any of my lists to any other list.
On my desktop gold, I do not have that full flexibility. Please add this function to the desktop gold AOL
