The download manager is great. However, could you update it to say how long it would take to download a file that is in the process of downloading?

addressbook is gone
i have called service. All address contacts are not showing up. Service did not help. Why am I responding here when it states that this is not monitored for support issues. This is not a solution.

Facilitate transfer of AOL files to other devices
I have been trying in many ways to copy folders and files I saved on AOL My PC and place them as backup in a folder of Documents in my Desktop computer but I have not succeed. I call Costumer Services for assistance, after trying with the assistant we were not able to have results and he said that Gold AOL do not permit to do it. I am really disappointed to know that always will have to depend on the AOL platform to access many old files. I want to know if AOL can give me option to provide…

spell check is not working on all capital letters

Add an Update Password Feature
The convenience of the Password saving feature is marred by our inability to change the password when necessary. I just got an alert about a Google data breach and had to change that password. AOL refuses to allow the change in the Browsers' Password manager's box. Data breeches are now almost a monthly event, so this feature would be a great addition.

bring back the hover animations from version 9.0 optimized
AOL desktop gold still looks and feels like 9.0 optimized from 2003 however, there are no hover over animations like in the 2003 version, that would be a nice aesthetic touch! also provide a toggle within settings to give users the option to turn it off it they don't like it. I can provide examples if needed lol :)

I want my stationary feature back
April 19, 2026 I want the stationary feature back It is the only reason I stuck with AOL. I've had a paid subscription for 40+ years but if they don't reinstall stationary I will cancel.

I don't like printing AOL Say the email is 3 pages and I only want to print the first two I can't because it does not give me that option.
Also I can select two or single sided printing. The only way I can get around this is to print to PDF and print that on my printer I have the option to select the number of pages I want printed or single or double sided.

Quick Find D
Quick Find will not find email addresses. It will only find matching words in the SUBJECT area. This always used to work. Just stopped two weeks ago. Searching for past correspondence is an important tool for our business.

something broken between AOL Desktop Gold and Facebook
In the past few days when I go to Facebook from inside my AOL software, I type in my email and password and the reCAPTCHA comes up and takes me through all kinds of loops before it says "try again". For 17 times!!! When it finally does accept what I'm doing, it takes me right back to the Facebook login screen and when I reinput the info, I'm sent right back to the reCAPTCHA. Can't read my mail!!!!!
I can't read my mail. I open a message ... and AOL doesn't fill in the text. (Yes, my network connection is fine. I pull up chrome, type something random, and get a reply instantly.) Mail is what I am on AOL for!!!! Fix this, or you will lose me. Then when you got to your advertisers, they will see how few subscribers you have ... and you will go out of business. FIX THIS!!!!

Save Column Widths
While this is not a new idea, I tough a new appeal might draw attention to it. On the default AOL Desktop screen are “My Mail Folders” on the left and individual emails under “Date”, “From”, and “Subject” headings on the right. I can adjust the width of the “My Mail Folder” area. I can adjust the width of the three email headings. If I switch between the “Inbox”, “New”, “Old”, and “Sent” tabs, the widths remain.
