Need Help Setting The Privacy Option in My AOL Account
On my Dell EBT 2250 PC using the Windows 11 operating system, I am not able to change the privacy options in my AOL account. Whenever I try to change any one of the options, I always get the error message " Oh No ... we are not able to process this request" I have gone into my AOL account using the myaccount.AOL com numerous times in order to change the privacy settings. Reporting Violations and Muting Trolls
For over a year, I've reported and complained about blatant violations of your Community Guidelines along with the inability to permanently mute apparent paid and/or alleged AOL employee trolls. One would expect if a violation is reported to receive notification whether or not it was approved or disapproved, but that doesn't happen. Further, there are trolls that post obvious lies and propaganda and beyond never getting an answer to violations, I never get an email or bell icon notification of their replies which leads me to believe these people are being protected. changed color
Successfully changed the mail scroll bar color to orange, but the selected mail still stays dark blue making it very difficult to read. Hoe do I switch back to light blue for both the scroll bar as well as the selection of mail?

Stop relocating the AOL icon on my desktop.
Stop relocating the AOL icon on my desktop. I have placed it just where it is most convenient for me. Please leave it alone. Not a big deal, but it is an irritant.

Cannot search for items on shaws.com or acmemarkets.com
Title says it all. When you type in a product you want to search for on shaws.com or acmemarkets.com, you can never submit the search. Not by pressing the Enter button on the keyboard, and not by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the search bar.

Facilitate transfer of AOL files to other devices
I have been trying in many ways to copy folders and files I saved on AOL My PC and place them as backup in a folder of Documents in my Desktop computer but I have not succeed. I call Costumer Services for assistance, after trying with the assistant we were not able to have results and he said that Gold AOL do not permit to do it. I am really disappointed to know that always will have to depend on the AOL platform to access many old files. I want to know if AOL can give me option to provide…

44th rankedWe are investigating this issue. The new spell check uses Microsoft's library for spelling. We have reached out to them to find out if there are solutions for capital letters within spell check.

Add an Update Password Feature
The convenience of the Password saving feature is marred by our inability to change the password when necessary. I just got an alert about a Google data breach and had to change that password. AOL refuses to allow the change in the Browsers' Password manager's box. Data breeches are now almost a monthly event, so this feature would be a great addition.

Sounds disabled but goodbye still sounds at sign off.

I want AOL to research who is sending me massive **** mail and STOP IT ASAP! It is criminal to force me to look at it to report/trash it,

I always disable all Sounds on PC AOL Desktop Gold. Windows 10 pro. Suddenly the Sounds of AOL functions are heard since 2-3 days ago. (today is 10/22/26) I disabled the Sounds in the Settings. Why do you ask me if I want to sign in with fingerprint or code EVERY TIME?
If you use ADG on a desktop, why do you ask every single time I sign on to each screen name if I want to use a fingerprint or code? I do not. Its a desktop computer, which I assume ADG is used on mostly.

FIX IT
This week AOL has reared it's head and NOT in a good way! CONSTANTLY ASKING ME TO SIGN IN AFTER EACH STEP OR SCREEN! SIGN IN TO GO TO AND FROM MAIL! SIGN IN, PASSWORD, PASSWORD. PASSWORD! EVEN AFTER THE BOXES CHECKED LIKE I USED TO HAVE IT, PASSWORD! I have 2 other screen names that still work, thank god. But my primary? Fix it or give your paychecks back! Anyone else going through the same frustration?

counter attached to mail app is very wrong
the inbox email counter will show 15 attached to the app only to find out there is only 1 that take a 2 second delay to show up after opening the inbox.Turns out the counter is including emails in the trash, only way to get rid of it is to empty the trash. this app has worked flawless for many years on the iPhone 15 running latest iOS until recent (overhaul)

aol mail ad's web store a fake, fraud
I tried to by a Christmas themed wall decoration with led lights from an ad on my AOL mail, but marlowlaneo.com seems to be a fake online store in China that Norton is now blocking, so we are out over $50. AOL does not seem to vet or stand behind their advertisers.
