    I recently got a Mac computer, I would like it if AOL had a Mac version of AOL Desktop.

  2. FIX THE NEWS POSTING PAGE!!!!

    I am getting really tired of paying a fortune for AOL and all it "special programs" and then when I have something to say of value on a news page having the page skip all over the place and having to go back to the statement time and time again because AOL clearly does not want responses posted to their news. AND I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON to complain that I have read on here. And they need to loose their AI that decided what we can post and what we can not. I can't tell you the number…

  3. Pay Pal access

    I used to access PayPal wiyh AOL. Now it will not and I'm told AOL no longer supports PayPal. If possible I would like to see that enabled again. Then I won't have to use another browser to make payments.

  4. All E-Mails Going Into "Trash" Folder

    Within the last few months, all my e-mails are being channeled into my "Trash" folder. I can't see a reason for this. Any ideas?

  5. AOL Desk top deleting folders

    My APL Desk top will not allow me to delete my folders. These are HORRIBLE new changes to AOL Desk top. E
    I swear every time I try to do the stuff on AOL that I have been doing for 30 years has now changed and it's for the WORSE not for the better. Why are you making things harder instead of easier????

    I can no longer put my folders in alphabetical order and that is a TERRIBLE loss on my AOL. You MUST put this feature back on.

    Help Fight SPAM. Devise some AI that will read the often duplicate secondary part of a SPAM address, which is often computer generated, even though the first part has the same name or vernacular, and block it. It is stand-out when receiving these duplicate SPAM Emails that only the second part of the address has changed in order that the junk mail can keep getting through. We pay AOL on a monthly basis for some security, and privacy, and hopefully some defense against this garbage. Give us "value" in return.

    You used to mark articles that scrolled throught the Welcome screen that were clearly advertisements as such. Have you stopped that practice? If so, please reinstate.

  10. Need link extension for to AOL Browser for Acrobat Reader

    Links don't don't work in the Adobe Acrobat Reader anymore using AOL browser. They only work now in Microsoft or the Google browsers. I don't want to use those browsers as default. Can AOL add the Acrobat Reader "link extension" to the AOL browser please?

  12. Allow AOL users to do away with the VIEWS folder (and sub-folders) in our AOL Mailbox.

    Being unable to delete the "views" folder in my AOL mailbox is a huge irritation to me.  Is there a way to do so that I'm unaware of? I really hope that it's not a matter of  AOL assuming it knows best about what its users need and want . . .

  14. Desktop Gold is not working properly due to error message/using Administrator Priv

    Signed in to AOL Desktop Gold through out the day as usual. Then this afternoon, received AOL message that I should not be using administrator privileges because it was a security issue and to sign in again without using administrator privileges'. Unable to determine how to do that.

  17. Why can I not be able to choose the font, boldness, inclination that i want and retain that choice???

    I want to be able to choose and retain the font, boldness, inclination that I prefer without having to choose it again and again every time i write an email. Even after I choose the font I want... sometimes it will revert back the one I opted out of.... PLEASE CORRECT THIS FEATURE.... A.S.A.P
