Welcome, You've Got Mail, Goodbye voiced by Sonic the Hedgehog
I love all the sound options you have for Welcome, You've Got Mail & Goodbye. However, could you make the 3 sound effects voiced by Ben Schwartz, Jaleel White, Tahj Mowry, Jason Griffith, Roger Craig Smith, and/or Christian Heywood. I figured since Sonic The Hedgehog has been very popular this decade with the movies, the Netflix series and Sonic Saturdays on Nickelodeon I thought it would be cool if one of the voice actors who played Sonic the Hedgehog could say "Welcome", "You've Got Mail" and "Goodbye" AOL effects.

AOL Desktop Gold software not showing images that are within the email.
I am not receiving any images within my emails in 2025. What happened?? Please fix this. I need those images to come through

12th rankedWe have investigated this issue and are not able to reproduce any problems with the celebrity voices on AOL Desktop Gold. Please consider uninstalling your AOL Desktop Gold from the Add/Remove programs function. Then re-install AOL Desktop Gold.
In some cases, we have seen that Anti-virus software sometimes removes the sound files from the machine.
Please also use the Report a Bug feature from the Help menu of AOL Desktop Gold if you continue to see this issue after installing new. This will send us critical information that we can use to determine the cause of the issue.

Mail from contacts only
"Mail from contacts only" no longer shows up in my spam controls... Please put it back as it totally eliminates all unwanted mail in specifically all the sexual solicitations!

GET RID OF JUNK MAIL!
WAY TOO MUCH JUNK MAIL COMING INBOUND!!! This has to stop NOW!! Set up some tools to eliminate this issue. At this point, my email is useless due to the large amount of junk/ads coming to my inbox!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Out going emails
When building an outgoing email every time I click in a different spot the email jumps, also if I delete one address in the address bar the remainder jumps to the end. WHY? Please find a way to make them remain still until I send!

Mute Function Doesn't Work & Made Numerous Complaints
I've tried to repeatedly mute two agitator screen names "Larr y" and "Billionaire Tears" and their names & posts disappear for about a minute and then come back. Are these paid posters or protected posters? They're always negative and taunting and sometimes post lies. As a customer, I'm fed up with AOL either not fixing this function or allowing these people to ruin my chat experience.

AOL adding an unremoveable header/footer to a composed body email during printing!
How to delete auto-printing of Date, Subject, To and From when printing emails! I have copied and pasted into a blank composed email for 30 years. NEVER have these AOL auto headers/footers appeared until last week! In print preview, I've always turned off headers/footers and I would be able to print just the body of the email I composed. I still turn those printers options off but now AOL has attached these titles (Subject, Date, To and From) when I'm simply printing an email that I'm not even sending to anyone! HEADERS AND FOOTERS DO NOT COMPLETELY PRINT IN WINDOWS 11
We just installed to Windows 11 from 10. Headers and footers do not completely print out in Windows 11. Before it only did if printing out e-mail in quick print mode, but quick print is no longer part of Windows 11.
