  1. RBC.COM canadian bank is unable to open on ADG. Error: Bad request 400.

    Error: Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of the request header field exceeds server limit. On other browsers.it is working.

  2. No Prev and Next Buttons in Search Mail Tab

    I am using AOL Desktop Revision 11.1.5071. When I open an email within my Inbox, the bottom right section of each email has buttons for “< Prev” and “Next>”. If I enter a string in the “Quick Find” box and open one of those emails, they have the same buttons. However, if I click on the “Search Mail” tab and enter a string, then open one of those emails, they do not have the “Prev” and “Next” buttons. Can you add them there?

  3. CompuServe Welcome Screen Not Working

    UPDATE 4/16/26 -- Looks like this issue has been resolved.

    When signing in, the CompuServe Welcome Screen (main menu) doesn't load. Instead there's an error "This site can’t be reached
    Check if there is a typo in webcenters.netscape.compuserve.com.

    If spelling is correct, try running Windows Network Diagnostics.
    DNSPROBEFINISHED_NXDOMAIN"

    It appears "webcenters.netscape.compuserve.com" is no longer a valid site. Perhaps changing the welcome screen to use "https://member.compuserve.com/menu/" would be a good fix

  7. Forward/backup arrows no longer work.

    Forward/backup arrows (next to "Welcome" icon) are on the screen but appear to be turned off. How do I turn them on?

  14. you offer to block email senders, i click on it, but it dont seem to be blocking anyone.

    fix it so the 'blocking' feature works in ALL areas, especially in email.

  17. No longer getting "Underliverable" alerts when email address mistyped. Why? Please fix. Tech Support witnessed it.

    Please send "undeliverable" alerts when an email address has been mistyped. That's How I know my email did not get delivered and I can correct the error and resend. Why was this alert removed? PLEASE FIX IT! IT'S CRITICAL TO ME.

    i responded to a post that was factually incorrect and said .... you definitely need to read more and my comment was flagged in red and said it wouldnt be posted... can you please list words that arent allowed in a sentence in the comments? thank you!!

  19. Cannot search for items on shaws.com or acmemarkets.com

    Title says it all. When you type in a product you want to search for on shaws.com or acmemarkets.com, you can never submit the search. Not by pressing the Enter button on the keyboard, and not by clicking the magnifying glass icon in the search bar.
