  1. Welcome, You've Got Mail, Goodbye voiced by Sonic the Hedgehog

    I love all the sound options you have for Welcome, You've Got Mail & Goodbye. However, could you make the 3 sound effects voiced by Ben Schwartz, Jaleel White, Tahj Mowry, Jason Griffith, Roger Craig Smith, and/or Christian Heywood. I figured since Sonic The Hedgehog has been very popular this decade with the movies, the Netflix series and Sonic Saturdays on Nickelodeon I thought it would be cool if one of the voice actors who played Sonic the Hedgehog could say "Welcome", "You've Got Mail" and "Goodbye" AOL effects.

  2. GET RID OF JUNK MAIL!

    WAY TOO MUCH JUNK MAIL COMING INBOUND!!! This has to stop NOW!! Set up some tools to eliminate this issue. At this point, my email is useless due to the large amount of junk/ads coming to my inbox!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Allow me to comment. I have had AOL since I got my first computer. I had always been able to sign in, read articles and comment. No longer!

    Since I have had AOL, pay and use auto deduct from my financial account I am in good standing. I could sign in, read articles and comment. As of a few months ago I am now required to sign in to comment when I am signed in to my account. Today I am not allowed to sign in to comment. If AOL wants me gone, tell me and I will save the monthly fee I pay. I was upset having to sign in twice but did so since I had been with them so long. Now I am allowed to…

  8. STOP THE COUNTLESS ADS covering every page.

    Have any of you geniuses at AOL even tried reading an article?? With all the ads covering the content of the article there are only small bits of written material between the ads -- making it so hard to read, it is not worth clicking on any article.

  9. I want to thank AOL for the increase of SPAM in my SPAM folder. I asked for it to stop.

    I want to thank AOL for the increase of SPAM in my SPAM folder. I asked for it to stop and what do they do? Increase what they are dumping on me. I don't know of any other service that goes out of the way to increase SPAM. THANKS, for nothing.

    Yes. Over the coming weeks you will receive a prompt to install .Net 8. This is a Windows requirement for AOL Desktop Gold to continue to make updates to its software and fix bugs that are reported by our community.

    "Mail from contacts only" no longer shows up in my spam controls... Please put it back as it totally eliminates all unwanted mail in specifically all the sexual solicitations!

    It is becoming too difficult to read any AOL articles. Too many ads cover the content, and you must read between the ads -- sometimes only a line or two between the ads.

    We have investigated this issue and are not able to reproduce any problems with the celebrity voices on AOL Desktop Gold. Please consider uninstalling your AOL Desktop Gold from the Add/Remove programs function. Then re-install AOL Desktop Gold.

    In some cases, we have seen that Anti-virus software sometimes removes the sound files from the machine.


    Please also use the Report a Bug feature from the Help menu of AOL Desktop Gold if you continue to see this issue after installing new. This will send us critical information that we can use to determine the cause of the issue.

    I've repeatedly reported this poster for vile comments and pornographic memes and AOL has done NOTHING. Other posters have their posts rejected for benign banned words or sometimes posts just disappear. DO YOUR FREAKING JOB!

    I’ve made numerous suggestions about your comments screening algorithm. One of those was the algorithm screens comments and flags for words used in the article I’m commenting about. There are two issues (at least) with a comment flagged as needing review!!! One, you printed a hateful story that itself violates my sensibilities and standards, and second, words or ideas expressed in the article are flagged as needing review or rejected.   18. Out going emails

    When building an outgoing email every time I click in a different spot the email jumps, also if I delete one address in the address bar the remainder jumps to the end. WHY? Please find a way to make them remain still until I send!
