something broken between AOL Desktop Gold and Facebook
In the past few days when I go to Facebook from inside my AOL software, I type in my email and password and the reCAPTCHA comes up and takes me through all kinds of loops before it says "try again". For 17 times!!! When it finally does accept what I'm doing, it takes me right back to the Facebook login screen and when I reinput the info, I'm sent right back to the reCAPTCHA. Stop reformatting my documents!
Please stop reformatting my documents! I used to be able to copy and paste documents with my own easy to read formatting. AOL has decided to alter every document I attempt to send by changing my spacing, not only between sentences but also between paragraphs. Just stop it!

I need to delete email suggestions , I was on the phone with tech support and we could not resolver the issue
I need to be able to delete email suggestions for accounts I previously emailed. For instance they are not contacts but show up everytime I start searching. I do not want these TOP suggestions on my browser and there is no way to DELETE them. I was on the phone with Tech support and they suggested I send feedback. Please help.

Aol Calendar is not working as before. The new format makes it harder to input the info I want to show on the top line. Also I must change
AOL calendar's new format is hard to navigate and takes more time. Not user friendly like the old one. If possible please change back! Top line was available for more detail by simply typing. Now I must go through addition steps to complete the task! Please change back if possible

AOL SELDOM WORKS CORRECTLY! AND, AOL OFTEN GETS HACKED! AS A PAYING MEMBER FOR MANY YEARS, THE AOL PROGRAM SERVICE IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. AOL DESKTOP IS AWFUL (STATES IT IS UP TO DATE,THEN DOES NOT FUNCTION), AND AOL IS VERY JUMBLED AND SLOW. AS A PAYING AOL MEMBER, I DID RECEIVE EXTRAS LIKE VPN, COMPUTER REPLACEMENT INSURANCE, MCAFEE, LIFELOCK, AND OTHER. BUT, SOME DO NOT WORK CORRECTLY FOR MANY YEARS! That explains the problem. AOL Desktop Gold is the program you’re using to open Ancestry.com, and it may not complete Ancestry’s browser validation check reliably. Windows 11 can still be compatible; the issue is likely the browser built into AOL Desktop Gold rather than Windows itself.

Add checkboxes in mailbox
It would be great if you could add the OPTION to enable checkboxes for messages in the mailbox. This way when enabled we don't need to hold down the control key to select multiple messages
