  3. Algorithm Enhancement

    I’ve made numerous suggestions about your comments screening algorithm. One of those was the algorithm screens comments and flags for words used in the article I’m commenting about. There are two issues (at least) with a comment flagged as needing review!!! One, you printed a hateful story that itself violates my sensibilities and standards, and second, words or ideas expressed in the article are flagged as needing review or rejected.   6. Out going emails

    When building an outgoing email every time I click in a different spot the email jumps, also if I delete one address in the address bar the remainder jumps to the end. WHY? Please find a way to make them remain still until I send!

    I used to access PayPal wiyh AOL. Now it will not and I'm told AOL no longer supports PayPal. If possible I would like to see that enabled again. Then I won't have to use another browser to make payments.

  12. AOL Desk top deleting folders

    My APL Desk top will not allow me to delete my folders. These are HORRIBLE new changes to AOL Desk top. E
    I swear every time I try to do the stuff on AOL that I have been doing for 30 years has now changed and it's for the WORSE not for the better. Why are you making things harder instead of easier????

  13. Problems with AOL Desktop Gold

    As a subscriber from the beginning, I don't care about so-called benefits. What I DO care about is the following:

    1. Stop the literally thousands of pornographic "dating" and myriad other types of spam messages from arriving DAILY in my mailbox. Most of them come from Japan, The Netherlands, Russia, and Google mail (gmail).

    2. As a paying subscriber, please stop the inane Google and other sponsored ads from inundating every square inch of whitespace on AOL Desktop Gold.

    3. DO NOT change anything on AOL Desktop Gold without notifying your paying subscribers first.

    4. Give paying subscribers the option of deleting the "Welcome"…

  18. Why can I not be able to choose the font, boldness, inclination that i want and retain that choice???

    I want to be able to choose and retain the font, boldness, inclination that I prefer without having to choose it again and again every time i write an email. Even after I choose the font I want... sometimes it will revert back the one I opted out of.... PLEASE CORRECT THIS FEATURE.... A.S.A.P

  20. Give us a free option and make the subscriptions optional

    I got to download desktop gold but its really irritating that i am only limited to just the browser and like 3 or 4 or so features unless i pay money, so i want the option for all of it to be free and the option to pay will still be there just....not be the solution to use it...cause why do i have to pay 6$ just to hear some nostalgia ?.
