Why can't AOL Gold keep up with my chosen Browser when I play a Game?
I use Google Chrome for my active browser whether it be on AOL Gold or when working with another program. My current Chrome browser is up to date according to Google and on my Desk Top, using Windows 11. The problem is when AI go to "Games" on the tool bar, and attempt to play any of the games which are sub let to Masque LLC, it tells me that my "Browser is at 144, and I can ignore or update", the trouble is my Browser is already updated to 148, but for some reason AOL is refusing to note…

My location on aol homepage is wrong and nothing fixes it
Every time I fix my location on AOL homepage it reverts back to Quincy WA. I don't live there! NEVER HAVE AND NEVER WILL. WHY WONT IT STAY AT MY LOCATION??? I've tried previous suggestions and it does not work.

Fix safe search

Please explain the logic for having a delete all button on the spam folder but not on the recently deleted folder.
If I hit the delete all button to delete all messages in the Spam folder, they are placed in the Recently Deleted folder. Logic tells me there should be a delete all button on this folder as well.

AOL should have a restore feature to reopen the tabs that were being used after it crashes or shuts down.

2 factor authentication issues
AOL recently added 2 factor authentication for my account. My first option is getting a code sent to another AOL email - if I leave my primary email to get code in other email, how do I get back to my primary?
Second option - get code on What's App - but I never go to that app and don't know how to.
Third option - click other options & then I can choose a text or phone call to my cell phone. Why are you making it so complicated? Why not just send text to my cell phone to…52nd ranked -

Please add a "Delete All" to the recently deleted mail folder. Please don't respond with using the CTRL key.
I receive on average 30 to 40 items of spam mail daily. Using the Ctrl key is a pain in the Azz.

Unable to update. Every time I go on the message comes on to update. when i press ok nothing happens. message comes up every time I log on.

I don't like printing AOL Say the email is 3 pages and I only want to print the first two I can't because it does not give me that option.
Also I can select two or single sided printing. The only way I can get around this is to print to PDF and print that on my printer I have the option to select the number of pages I want printed or single or double sided.

Quick Find D
Quick Find will not find email addresses. It will only find matching words in the SUBJECT area. This always used to work. Just stopped two weeks ago. Searching for past correspondence is an important tool for our business.

Can't read my mail!!!!!
I can't read my mail. I open a message ... and AOL doesn't fill in the text. (Yes, my network connection is fine. I pull up chrome, type something random, and get a reply instantly.) Mail is what I am on AOL for!!!! Fix this, or you will lose me. Then when you got to your advertisers, they will see how few subscribers you have ... and you will go out of business. FIX THIS!!!!
