Stop requesting an Adobe Flashplayer update
Whenever I go to Settings or Help there is an alert to update to the latest version of Flashplayer. The latest version is already installed on my computer, and is updated regularly. When are you going to put together a real Tech Support team that doesn't include idiot kids from India or Pakistan, who only know how to play games on their cell phones. AOL has really gone off the deep edge.

Address book problems
I have spent the last hour on the phone with tech support trying to be able to edit and/or delete contacts in my address book. I have uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. Nothing the agent tried has worked and when I try to edit an address in the address book, no change is made. I also cannot delete any contacts.
I believe we spoke with you over the phone and your issue has been resolved. Please include more details if you continue to have issues.

for days my aol gold keeps freezing and saying not responding. I even spent money to have my computer refreshed only to have the exact same
days of not responding aol gold. i do not use you tube so that isn't the problem. all of aol services did the same thing using the aol gold browser. what in the world is wrong with it. spent money to have my pc tuned up only to still have the same exact problem. love aol, but, won't keep it if these issues aren't resolve soooooon.

AOL Financial has not been posting Mutual Fund prices for the past few days. Is there a reason for this omission ?

Browser: Pages opening to blank black pages

This is happening on about 1/4 of the sites I try to access.
What will go wrong next??
Please clear the browser footprints. Here is how:
a. In the top left corner of the AOL Desktop window, click “Edit” then choose “Select Footprints to Clear” from the drop-down menu.
Select “Clear Footprints” from the Browser Settings.No need to wait for a confirmation message, the Footprints will be cleared immediately.

Huge complain to BBB
I have been struggling the problem past 2 weeks. I can not work my computer well after it was cleaned up by assist AOL. Since then my email had been not accessible. I called today 800 307 7969. Two costumer service hang up without explanation. If I did not hear from AOL authority people today, I will contact to BBB and attorney general for this solution. I have been 15 years member . GOLD loaded a whole bunch of old emails, but none of my current! Why????
I also hate AOL GOLD; it loaded a whole bunch of old emails, from I no not where, but none of my current. It also did not allow me to get to my emails saved on my computer and AOL. ALL, I say ALL my emails are gone; puff!

I truly don't know how long we aol users are supposed to be putting up with this BS that you call a program but I'm **** sick and tired of getting upset every time I try to send email. Its either 'mail not sent because of an error' or 'wait 5 minutes and try again'... FIX THIS *. chat room issues
why did you put a "notify aol" button in chat rooms if no one is going to respond to them or do anything? So many evil nasty people saying hurtful things to others and when we try and send to you guys, it eithrr just never gets handled or it just loads and loads and loads and never sends. What's the point and when will the issue finally get taken care of in some form or another?

I am tired of having to report the need to fix Chat rooms everyday
Will you please get the chat room fixed.. I am tired of having to report a bug every day. We should be able to see the Chat room listings, who is in the chat and then enter the chat and not have to go back and try again and again and again.. Please get your Tech to Fix this.

Adg is not working properly
When i am opening ADG , it is not showing the mails and such , I have to restart my computer for itto works proprly

AOL Desktop Gold intermittently displays my entered password on my Windows 7 desktop. Please fix the software so that the PW is not shown.
This problem started when the latest release of AOL Desktop Gold was done in the last few days. The problem does not occur on my Windows 10 laptop. It is only on my Windows 7 desktop computer. It is a security concern because my password can be stolen more easily by hackers.
Un-check the box next to Save Password on the sign on screen. This way you have to enter your password every time you log in.
